Check in was smooth, the room was cosy. The bed felt a little small, but its not a concern. Toilet was roomy, but having the toilet bowl behind the door was a little dangerous. Room had a nice view of the pool. Love the little heritage touches around the hotel. MRT station and bus stop right outside the hotel makes commute super easy. Immediate area has quite a fair bit of food and night-life. Overall, a good stay.

Location was excellent. Nearby a lot of historical places. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel desperately need an upgrade and refurbishment. No bidet in the tool Ext but water pressure is very good.

The hotel is within walking distance of 2 mrt. It is also surrounded with 7 11 stores , food court n restaurant. You can also take a short walk or mrt to Dhoby Ghaut mrt to shop, eat or buy more groceries

Good location, friendly and approachable hotel staffs, and many shops around.

It was a long tiring few months and we were looking forward to our staycay...!! Were pleasantly surprised by the reception extended - the warm greetings from Front Desk (esp their Duty Manager - Mr Manu) and their long serving Concierge, as they were quick to remember us as returning guests, despite our last stay being a few years back before the hotel underwent renovations! The room - following the reno - was fabulous and comfortable !! The fridge (gratis) and room amenities were well stocked and they were replenished daily. Hotel staff were helpful, pleasant and generally approachable and keen. Our stay was restful and we took the opportunity of the hotel discreet, high privacy to recharge. Above all the entire hotel setting was quiet, peaceful and calm despite its busy central city location and the hotel high occupancy. We came to relax, have our space and enjoy ourselves - the hotel and its staff delivered !! Breakfast at the new REVERIE cafe was most delightful with a nice spread of typical western & eastern breakfast. A good range of cold cuts and salads, western and local hot foods, nice variety of bread/pastries and free flow of juices, yoghurt and hot beverages...was one we enjoyed every morning. The restaurant staff were attentive and quick to clear our used cutleries & used plates - every time !! We will be back 😄😄😄

Great hospitality at this lovely hotel! Service is top-notch. 👌 Very attentive staff at lobby cafe. Smooth check-in by Ethan. Room immaculate; clean. Their bedding is perfect, we both slept well and able to get the rest we needed. Amazing location close to historical sites. We admire this colonial building structure, brings much memories of the past. I really hope the management/team do some refurbishment to uphold its charm and maintain the quality of the entire building. No doubt one of the beautiful hotel we've tried in SG, alongside others like Goodwood Park, Ritz Carlton, Shangri-la Sentosa, Royal Albert Village. THANK YOU HOTEL TEAM, IT WAS A GREAT STAY FOR ME AND MY WIFE!

Enjoyed the ease of check in. The hotel was clean and quiet. The hotel is conveniently located. They acknowledged my birthday and gifted me a birthday cake.

Nice hotel, big room & big shower, clean, quite, great location with metro station right the corner (2min) and 7eleven in the building. We spent there 5 beautiful days. Recommended! Would be even better to have bathrobes ;)

Check in and out was fast.. Good location. convenient. 7-11 is just downstairs.
