Overall a wonderful experience and a great place for family holiday. Lovely beach, pool, activity, buffet breakfast and room service.

The hotel staffs are warm & helpful, room for anniversary well decorated & a cake for my son who is going to birthday in 2days time!
10min to Universal Studio but 20min from USS as need to go through the bridge & uturn back!
Bit old where there are mark on mirror, stretch mark at wood frame which not well maintained
Baby cot is in good condition & safe!
Good breakfast buffet, worth addin to your package!

The room is as shown in the picture.
There are many activities at the pool schedule for each day though I didnt get to try them.
The staff were friendly when I first arrived the hotel.
The breakfast was good!
It is a good recharge and getaway from the city.

From the check in until our end of stay was amazing.
The staff were helpful. They have a WhatsApp "service counter" 24hrs any question get immediate response.
Kids friendly hotel from the indoor playground to all other facilities such as swimming pool and beach activities were great!

Overall for kids - very good.
Hotel is pretty old, facilities are old, example no bidet for washing. Toilet wc cannot go for continuous flushing (very old concept).
Service wise. Frankly speaking not up to make for a 5 star ⭐️
Forgetful staff, not attentive staff whom makes checking in and extending a hassle due to long waiting.
Staff do not have the habit of greeting customers. Instead spot then playing handphones. Hence very unique to see all these scene.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was good. Breakfast was great! And staff were always smiling and very helpful. Tram and buses are free and very near hotel. The trails and fort Siloso are also very close. 5 mins walk.
Only gripe was that there was no food court nearby to enjoy local favourites, and we went to the RWS for Malaysian Food Street. Recommended! 👍👍👏👏
