Had a pleasant stay with my furkid. Staff were friendly and room was spacious with superb air-conditioning!

Stayed in the 2-bedroom Villa Au Jardin. The property is really beautiful and the service was great. As we were celebrating a birthday, the room was all set up with cake, yummy treats and a bottle of wine. Such a lovely gesture from the hotel. Also enjoyed the Purple Afternoon Tea from LeBar. I also like that the property is pet friendly and my doggie had a great time too with a generous box of pet amenities and a comfy pet bed. 😊

We stayed in Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort and Spa for 2 nights. The location is a bit far from the city and some attractions in Sentosa Island but we love the surroundings, it’s quiet and peaceful. Distance to Tanjung beach sentosa from the hotel is walkable. They provide shuttle service from the hotel to Vivo city and vice versa for those who wanted to go to city center. Our room was spacious and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. It’s very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and accommodating making our stay pleasant. We enjoyed using the swimming pool during our downtime. They also have gym that is open 24 hours. We didn’t get to try the Spa though. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options and the quality was excellent. They have restaurants and bars in the property. The wi-fi connection was great. Check-in and check -out was a breeze. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and I would recommend it to others who are visiting the country.

It's a very beautiful hotel but marred by the checkin and checkout services. The checkin was done in a corporate manner without smile or sense of welcome or hospitality. Many other hotels are doing so much better. The checkout was worse. Some guest haa some issues and took a very long time to resolve them. Only two customer service officers and both were busy. I waited for sometime just to do a checkout. I hope the Hotel Management can look into this area and improve the service.

We were gifted a pet staycation here for 2 nights for nye weekend and it was great! They gave a huge box of pet treats package plus other pet amenities. We love the seafood buffet on the 31st and we had our dinner with our furkid. We brought our pet along to anywhere in the hotel except when it’s indoor dining. Breakfast buffets were so good too! We were allowed to dine in the al fresco area with our dog. The outdoor dining area was well covered and had a nice ambience overlooking the sea. Though it was raining all throughout our stay we still had lots of things to see and do within the hotel vicinities like hang out at Le Bar, go for fish foot spa, play the gigantic chess, swim in their huge unique pool, etc. The rooms are cozy and we love the bath tub. I think this is the most pet friendly hotel in sg.

Stayed here for 3 nights with family, including a 1y old toddler. All around a great hotel in Sentosa! Friendly and accommodating staff, clean and tidy rooms, breakfast includes a variety of options! We had a great stay and would definitely consider coming again.

The best birthday staycay ever! Able to check in around 2pm. Pet amenities provided is the room was wow!!! Room was clean and cozy, got upgraded to the king room (with garden) so that my dog is able to pee/poo outside. The experience was amazing and worth the price that I paid for. Will definitely go back with my dog!

Sofitel Sentosa has always been a place to staycay for me and my family. We always booked the Lux King and considering the nice resort ambience and also because it was my husbands birthday, I decided to advance to a Prestige Suite, paying a higher rate due to this holiday season. To my disappointment, there seems to a lot of mosquitoes. A suite room with a balcony that I have to keep locked and closed. Despite locking and closing the balcony throughout my stay, buying mosquito coils to fume the place, there were still many mosquitoes found buzzing in the suite room. Killed many of them but still appearing every now and then. I’m wondering where was the leak. I could also see mosquitoes buzzing around the corridor areas as well. Even sitting by the pool on the day bed. Opening the room door and closing the room door, we have to do it quick and snappy before another self invite bug gets in. During the two nights of stay, my child suffered more than a dozen of bites, easily 20 …. more prone to the arms and his legs. I was totally taken aback. I wrote to Sofitel to address this issue but the reply which came back was just “we are sorry for the bad experience and the management will look into this”. I am not sure how well they are going to rectify this issue. I wasn’t expecting any thing else more but least a call or comfort would have been very much appreciated, but nothing. To think that this is a five star hotel with many good feedbacks and reviews, I think they should live up to their stats and not just an email response to sweep my feedback off the shelf it seems. I hope I am not being too demanding. As a matter of fact, I did wanted to go to their reception to raise my concerns on the second day stay but noting the amount of groups checking in during the interim, I was kind enough to take this privately, write and email to raise my concern. I could’ve made a scene just showing the bites of my child arm during there and then. It was a total disappointment for such a push off response from such a good star rated hotel. To consider going back to this hotel ever again for another staycation, I am doubtful. Not just the overall environment is filled with mosquitoes, the rooms are, the corridors are, the pools are. It’s everywhere. The attached pictures of the horrendous bites my child has gotten during the stay. How would a normal parent witnessing such arms would react? I would wanna think I’m already being cordial to raise this with the management privately, again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back. All the staff are friendly and accommodating. They also made a special arrangement for my daughter’s bday which we really appreciate. Our daughter was really happy during the stay. Kudos to all the team. 🙏🏻🤍
