It's my favorite hotel for relaxing. Staff was very friendly.

The receptionist were always very welcoming and informative always ready to help . The room itself was a bit smaller than expected considering we asked for a queen bed with window (window cannot be opened) expecting it to be slightly more larger with more spaces to move around. It seems like the air filter was not properly cleaned but the place is close to a lot of places within commuting distance. Bright side the entrance have a nice mirror for couple pictures.

Staff were great. We arrived about 2 hours before check in time and they gave us our room early. The location was great for all with lots of makan places nearby.

We booked the hotel for a 3-night stay due to minor renovation at home. Location is good, since I'm staying in the East. Many eateries & restaurants nearby, so it's easy to get our dinner. The lady receptionist was also very helpful when I went down to get help to cut some plastic package, near midnight. I feel quite safe & secure when during the checkin, both my son and I (the only name in the booking) were asked to show our ID & sign. The only improvement I thought would be good is the have some cable vision in the TV network. Otherwise, all is good.

Always pleasant.. And the service provided by the front counter lady is great . She is always friendly. My 3rd time staying here.. Very enjoyable..

Had such an amazing time and stay here. The hotel is very clean, the staff super duper nice and helpfull.
Location is strategic, there's a store nearby that sells affordable items
A lot of cafes, bakery, food courts, also nearby 2 busways stops so super easy to travel around
Had the best time here, hope to come back soon.
Hopefully there's a bidet next time thoo

Everything was great but the toilet has no lock, and the gap between toilet door is quite big as well.
The cleanliness is awesome
The staffs are friendly
