Miałem niezapomniany pobyt w hotelu W Singapore. Poszedłem świętować urodziny męża i był mile zaskoczony dekoracją balonów z helem, kartką urodzinową i pysznym tortem urodzinowym gratis od hotelu W. Wielkie dzięki! Pokój ma fantastyczny system nagłośnienia i nastrojowe błyskawice były fantastyczne. Uwielbiam atmosferę tego hotelu, wygląda szykownie! Zjedliśmy lunch przy stole kuchennym, zamówiliśmy pizzę i kalmary, było pyszne! Śniadanie było również bufetem alcarte, dobrym wyborem od zachodnich po lokalne. Ładna prezentacja i pyszne. Pracownicy obsługi hotelu mają doskonałą obsługę klienta, dzięki czemu czuliśmy się bardzo mile widziani w tym hotelu. Dobrze się bawiliśmy na basenie. Uwielbiam długie zjeżdżalnie wodne, nie tylko dla dzieci, dorośli też mogą się na nich bawić! Na pewno wrócimy do tego wspaniałego hotelu.

Best hotel for a staycation in Singapore, breakfast selection is top notch! Definitely try the DYI Bloody Mary .
Nearby there is the Hendricks Sunset Cinema to go on Saturday

Had my girl birthday celebration in the room with her friends. Staff provided balloons and a small cake. Thank you. A pity that the jacuzzi in the room was down during our stay, couldn't enjoy. It was sway to be given that room and hotel was fully booked. Only compensated with 100sgd dining credits. However, the staff and housekeeping and the hotel manager were very attentive.

Check in was a bit of a drama, the manager had to step in. The poolside dj was excellent, pool water is more than warm, kids wouldn’t want to come out of water, service was ok in overall. The vibe is great throughout the hotel

This is one of the few 5-star hotels in Singapore that actually feels like 5 stars. The location is a bit remote - but it's on Sentosa, so it's to be expected. Driving to Vivo City is hassle-free, although the taxi waiting times can sometimes be long.
The property has a nice spa feel with comfy beds, upscale decor, beautiful views and surroundings.

The service is great. Reception is very accommodating. Offers are good deals. My daughter was very happy when we received balloons and cake for her advance birthday celebration, it's awsome and touching!❤️
