The location is great, near Dhoby Ghaut MRT and Fort canning park tree tunnel. The room is quite big and excellent staff service.

Nice hotel close to dhoby gaut station. can go anywhere easily. we stay at this hotel more than 5 times because the price is reasonable and the room is quite bigger than others.

Overall good experience. Excellent front desk service. Excellent location.
Just a few dots to highlight for improvements.
1) the toilet drainage smelled a little for the first room my guests stayed
2) No different choices of pillows. My guest wanted a softer pillow but there isn’t. So she couldn’t sleep very well.
3) Guest lost her converting plug in the room and cannot be located. If housekeeping has done a good check n place it at the lost and found box, that would be better. Of course some guests wouldn’t be coming back to collect it. But you can keep for 1-2 weeks before disposing if not collected.
Despite, a little this and that, I would still recommend this hotel if my other friends are coming to Singapore.

Overall hotel is decent for its price. However considering it's age, there are some amenities that it lack like havimg own gym, food is okay too.

Location ok, the house keeping never pick up the phone 😳and no body can help to bring the luggage to the room, i have 1 kids and 1 baby other than that is ok
