When we checked in, the room's A/C had not been running and the room was 90 degrees. Every day when we came home, the A/C had to be reset, and the room was sweltering. Also, the bathroom door was closed and when we opened it, a terrible odor consumed the room. After airing it out for an hour, it was okay.
Staff are very nice, but only one member of the day shift each day speaks any English, and it is very limited. Restaurant is nice, but serves very limited beer selections.

Stayed in that hotel many times.
Everytime I go something got worse.
This time is the smell of the room. Utterly chemical and the toiletries are awful. I could swear the soap bar is the same kind my mum used to wash clothes with.
Breakfast is good buy there are much better hotels in Sinop

People working in this hotel are nice and happy. Breakfast is amazing. The restaurant is also very good. Nothing negative to say. I recommend it!

Muito boa opção de hospedagem, quartos bem confortaveis, limpos, bom café da manhã e também conta com serviço de restaurante com cardápio variado. Ponto de melhoria: No check out não emitem a NOTA FISCAL de hospedagem no ato, e aí é necessário o hospede "ficar correndo atrás" para que mandem!

O que mais me impressionou foi o atendimento. Desde a recepção, restaurante, camareiros . Impecável! Além da estrutura excelente do hotel. Parabéns! Equipe excepcionalmente treinada e acolhedora! Pretendo voltar em breve! Muito bom!

Hotel foi uma surpresa positiva. Muito bonito, possui estacionamento interno gratuito. Recepção rápida e prática. Área de lazer muito bonita, café da manhã muito sortido e atendimento simpático. O quarto que fiquei era pequeno e bem simples, mas limpo e com banheiro bem equipado. A janela tinha vista para outro prédio do hotel.

Estrutura impecável e o cuidado com os detalhes. Café da manhã impecável de frente para o jardim que cria um ambiente agradável para desfrutar o café. No jantar a equipe do restaurante são bem atenciosos e os pratos muito sofisticados com preço justo.
