As a budget choice hotel, the room was good, spacious, with a bathroom and wardrobe. The points were lost due to the bed. No mattress protector and the sheet came loose every turn in the night. Uncomfortable and unhygienic Very lumpy old pillows and a wooden blanket that smelt like it had not been washed for a while. Running out of toilet paper is another reason for low points. The wifi was very unreliable and just not working for 48 hours. Wifi is a basic requirement we feel.

We spent one night at the Casa Mia earlier this month. We were allowed into our room early, which is always a plus. It was very clean, with excellent air conditioning, and a comfortable bed. We found it to be an excellent location since we were able to walk into Ortigia (what a gem!) that evening, and then to the train station at 7am the next morning. Since we left before breakfast was served, the Casa Mia provided us with breakfast items that we took onto the train. Highly recommend this excellent charming accommodation.

Very centrally located, surrounded by bodies of water, great restaurants, outdoor markets, and walking distance to Ortigia, the historical center.
Very clean, comfortable, and gracious hosts. Parking is easy, on the streets, very nearby.

Esperienza molto, molto NEGATIVA. Torniamo in albergo la sera e non riusciamo a entrare in camera: la serratura è bloccata. Il personale è già andato via, proviamo a chiamare il numero di emergenza che ci avevano dato, nessuna risposta; insistiamo per più di un'ora, ma niente da fare. Abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci per la notte, con i bagagli chiusi in camera... L'indomani mattina siamo tornati in albergo chiedendo di parlare con un responsabile della struttura, ma niente da fare, ha lasciato al front desk il compito di rimborsarci la notte (e avrei voluto vedere!..) e ci hanno liquidato con un "ci dispiace". E se si fosse rotto un tubo dell'acqua, ci fosse stato un blackout elettrico, avrebbero lasciato l'albergo, e i suoi ospiti, al loro destino fino all'indomani?

Tutto vecchio e sporco, ho tolto la federa del cuscino , non si poteva guardare , sporchissima, colazione pessima, tutto a vista , marmellata messa dentro un contenitore aperto, fette biscottate scelte su un piattino il resto tutto discount di 4 categoria. Esperienza pessima

L'hotel è ben posizionato e pertanto ideale per visitare la città. Contrariamente a quanto letto nelle recensioni precedenti la manutenzione è buona. Lo stile conferisce alla struttura un soggiorno gradevole.

Hotel a conduzione familiare, in un palazzo del 700 nella centralissima Corso Umberto I, ideale per muoversi nella bellissima Siracusa. Camera spaziosa, bagno datato, bidet con polvere così come il corrimano dove era poggiata la carta igienica. Connessione internet con problemi, assenza di frigo bar, letto scomodo, colazione discreta personale molto cordiale e disponibile.

Très jolie hotel idéalement placé à côté d ortigia et du centre il est très facile de trouver une place pour se garer dans les rues parallèles au niveau de la chambre très simple mais rien ne manque la Clim un frigo avec en plus un joli patio le patron est très gentille et l hôtel est super propre nous avons bien aimé
