Jedyny plus hotelu to dobra kuchnia i przemiła obsługa max 4* ale nie 5*. Pokoje małe ze skromnym wyposażeniem. Polacy meldowani są na pierwszym piętrze, więc jeśli zapłaciliście z widokiem na morze na zasłonią go drzewa. Pokoje na ogród widok tragedia. Do kabiny prysznicowej nie każdy wjedzie (szerokość drzwi kabiny 50 cm). Po uzasadnieniu oczekiwań hotelu bez problemu zamienili na pokój na trzecim poziomie z pięknym widokiem. Brak jakichkolwiek atrakcji, średnia wieku 50+. Hotel nastawiony na gości z Francji 80%, Niemców 10%, Ruskich 0, małe dzieci co akurat jest plusem 0. Brak podgrzewanego basenu. Transfer z lotniska do hotelu ponad 3,5 ha powrót z dodatkową przesiadką. Baza wypadowa prawie żadna bo wszędzie daleko, jedyne co to miasteczko Sitia. Pogoda wybitnie nie dopisała max 18 stopni i wietrznie. Z nudów wypoczęliśmy jak nigdy.

Hotel max na 3 gwiazdki. Brak rezydenta z coral, brak wycieczek na których nam zależało. Jedzenie średnie, baseny ok, łazienka nie posprzątana po poprzednich gościach. Plaża malutka. Obsługa nie miła. Nie polecam.

Duży obiekt , chyba jednak nie na 5 * , pokój dostaliśmy malutki , ale kupowalismy jakąś promocje , czysto. Śniadania OK , zaskakujaco dobre jedzenie w barze przy basenie. Obiadokolacje na 4. Baseny czyste . Ogolnie na 4.

Great location very close to the city and sightseeings of Sitia. Amazing sea view, excellent service, very friendly staff. Great quality of buffet and very nice selection. I would highly recommend the property for both business in Sitia and Leisure.

A very nice stay in a charming location. Sitia has an excellent beach and a bustling waterfront just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel itself is good and the staff are extremely obliging.

We stayed at the Sitia Beach City Resort hotel for 10 days and had a great time. It was comfortable, clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Great selection of local and international food available for breakfast. We tended to use the pool bar for snacks at lunchtime and eat out in the evening as there were plenty of restaurants to walk to so we didn't eat in the main restaurant other than for breakfast. The hotel's entertainment team were pretty active and vocal offering plenty of activities such as water polo, aqua aerobics and pool games if you like that sort of thing so it was pretty hectic around the main pool area. They spoke mostly in French, with the occasional bit of English as it turned out to be a French al inclusive resort. Not a problem for us as we were out a fair bit anyway seeing as we were in Sitia for a friends wedding with celebrations spread over a few days. If you want to sunbathe somewhere quieter then the pool at the back of the hotel is best. Great holiday resort which we highly recommend!

The room was simple although the high price . The chief receptionist was rude and always ask us if we were costumers . They hadn’t enough personel in spa so we coudnt schedule any appointment !! The food on the buffet was okay

Had the pleasure of a week's vacation in Sitia. A fantastic place and a lovely hotel. Everything worked as intended and the service level was high. The only small minus was the restaurant. Breakfast and lunch were perfect but the different themes for the dinners were not so lucky. When we travel, part of the experience is the local food. So Asian, Italian theme nights are not that exciting - Greece has a great cuisine so in our opinion no reason for other themes. Apart from that, it was a perfect stay.
