L’emplacement de l’hôtel est top ! Proche de la mer, des restaurants et des commerces. Cependant nous avons été très déçu par les soins apporté à la chambre.. Coffre fort qui ne fonctionnait pas, évier de la salle de bains bouché, et le pire une invasion de fourmis ! Nous en avons même retrouvé dans notre lit ! Nous avons prévenu ils nous ont juste dit que les femme de ménage allait nettoyer, à notre retour plus de fourmis effectivement mais des reste de « cadavres » de fourmis..
J’avais demandé un lit double nous avons eu deux lits simples. Déçu des prestations et la façon de gérer les problèmes mais nous avons quand même passé un séjour agréable mal grès ces désagréments.

I had a great time. Came for peace and quiet so I could concentrate on work and the hotel provided everything I needed. Breakfast was good and many restaurants deliver via Glovo. Staff was exceptionally friendly.

very hdlpful staff accommodated somewhat unusual requests as it was my 80th birthday celebration and the family all came. recommended. we hired an electric car and there were chargers in two locations less than 1km away. one with two units, one with ten

This hotel is just the sweet spot between the vibrant town and the more family-oriented area and the golf clubs etc. towards the southwest. Not many of the hotels here have a large pool - not a necessity for me but a major bonus as I love to wake up first thing in the a.m. and submerge myself in water that has cooled overnight. The breakfast buffet is amazing and I really like that they serve until 10:30 - Sitges is a late-night party town after all! (or can be, if that is your thing!) Thanks to the restaurant staff who were all lovely and encouraged my basic Spanish, teaching me a few phrases along the way. They were all very simpatico!
Particular thanks to Rixio on reception who sorted out a few things for me during my stay, very professionally and kindly and who helped me out by printing onward travel documents for me after my phone was, sadly, stolen on my way home from a bar one late night. I really appreciated it and I will be back next year, hopefully! - Colin
