Where do I even begin, being my first solo trip and choosing this hotel has been the best decision. Absolutely love the a**osphere, the resort itself is undeniably magical, along with such friendly staff and splendid service. A very big shout out to Jennifer at reception for accommodating an early check in for me and making sure I had the best stay. I indeed recommend this place and intend to be back with many others.

房間挺大，海景很棒。房間還配有熱水壺。打開熱水壺蓋子能聞到消毒水的味道，起碼説明是消過毒的了。酒店離鎮子有些距離。酒店有定時的班車送和接。如果不願意等，酒店前台叫出租送到海灘一口價10歐。如果坐酒店門口公交，1.5歐/人，就是會等挺久的

房間大小，設施環境都沒得説。
衹是前台太死板了。當天非常空，我們希望升級為面朝大海的房間，就是不肯。
我們沒有選擇早餐，還是有點貴。

Amazing staff and an amazing modern well appointed positive a**osphere location. Little far from Sitges center and reachable via taxi for around e15 each way.

A massive hotel. One had to walk miles. Conference orientated. Pools a little disappointing. Views from sea facing side, excellent. Breakfasts good. Staff very nice.

I informed staff 3x our hot tub was not hot and it wasn't until the last evening I contacted ******* that they finally sent maintenance to fix the problem, so we had ONE NIGHT in our hot tub out of 5. The hotel was also too far from everything. The hallways smelled bad. The carpet in the hallways was nasty. Breakfast was the same every day and not very good. The coffee was awful. The maid left our patio door wide open one day and unlocked another day. You had to have a door key in for the AC to work and we left one of ours in so the room was cool when we returned but she would remove it. All the signs says Spa was open until 9pm but they would close at 7pm.
