A first class centrally located hotel in Sivas. I arrived early in the morning after a much delayed train and was delighted by my welcome and the room. The room was spacious and clean. The shower was powerful, the water hot. The restaurant served delicious food (use Google translate) and breakfast was a real feast. The staff were courteous and professional. A lot of hotel for the cost. I don't understand why Sivas isn't more popular with foreign tourists. Its a delightful town with an amazing variety of historical monuments The Buruciye is less than 2 minutes walk from the main cluster of Selcuk monuments. Highly recommended for tourist and business trips!

Modern bir otel. Sivas'ın tam şehir merkezinde, her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Otopark sorunu yok, otelin tam karşısında. Personel çok güler yüzlü ve samimi, otel tertemiz, kahvaltı çok güzel. Tekrar Sivas'a gittiğimizde başka otel aramamıza gerek yok.

Otel merkezi bir konumda oldugu icin tarihi yapilar ve lokantalara cok yakin. Kahvaltisi guzeldi. Peynir cesitleri tatmin edici. Omlette yaptilar. En guzeli personelin ilgi alakasi oldu benim icin. Samimi ve icten sivas insani burada kendini gosterdi cok tesekkur ederim.

Hem konum, hem içerik olarak çok güzel bir tesis. Çalışan personelin hepsi güleryüzlü ve yardımlarını içtenlikle yapıyorlar. Yaklaşık bir hafta konaklamamda tüm kullanım alanlarından keyif alabiliyorsunuz. Kat koridoru dizaynı bile çok hoş ufak detaylar barındırıyor.

Ailemle günübirlik bir seyahat icin tercih etmistik yine buradaki yorumları okuyarak. Yolda rezervasyon yaptırdık çocukla birlikte 3 kişi tek odada kaldi. 2. Katta yer alan odalarda izalasyon sifir(0) yan odadaki tüm ses sizin odanızda. Hijyen olarak öncelikle ; banyoyu begenmedim klozete hijyen banti takilmisti ama kapağı açtığınızda sizden önceki kalıntıları gorebiliyordunuz. Kurutma makinesi kablolari dışarıda ve özensizdi. Odaya gelirsek kızım icin kanepe yatak olarak açılmıştı kanepe kirlentleri lekeli ve kötü bir görüntü oluşturuyordu. Citf kişilik yatak ise çarşaf özensiz ve kaymış bir şekildeydi ve yorgana geçirilen kilifta lekeler vardi. Ayrica oda telefonu çalımiyordu belirtmemize rağmen gelip yapılmadı. Kahvalti vasatın altiydi burdakiler övmüş falan ama kötüydü be kardeşim ... vs vs kısaca bir gecelik konaklama için fahiş fiyat verip özensiz ve pis bir yerde kaldik

11 Mart tarihinde Otelz.com üzerinden 3 gece 2 oda şeklinde rezervasyon ve ödeme yaptırmıştım. Otele vardığım zaman rezervasyonum olmadığı söylendi. Sisteme girmeyi unutmuşlar ve odaların 1 gece için otel odalarının dolu olduğu söylendi. Gerçekten kötü ve stresli bir deneyimdi. 25 Haziran 2022 yasanan bir olaydır. Hizmet gerçekten amatörce tavsiye etmiyorum. Kişisel verimin internetine yüklenmesinde izin veriyorum.

Restoranı çok güzel olan otel odalarda aynı performansı beklemezsek Sivas içinde alkol alınabilecek nadir yerlerden olması canlı müziği ve çalışanların güzel hizmeti tercih sebebi olabilir. Oda saç kurutma makinaları küçük temizliği iyi.
