Started off abit rocky because the hotel gave us a horrible room to begin with. After speaking with them and informing them that I wasn’t happy. They changed our room and gave us something more family friendly. Beach was amazing and so were the pool staff’ really friendly. But the highlight for us was the kids club! And MARWA. She was amazing with the children they loved her’ I felt so at ease going out and enjoying my spa and shopping knowing that they were in safe and accommodating hands. Marwa was the highlight of my trip. Everyone with children knows what it’s like, and sometimes you just need some time to unwind and she enabled this for us. Thank you Tunisia. And thank you Bel Azur.

Great experience, I recomend this hotel. All staff is very kind, from waiters, animators, housekeepers. The food in restorants is good. Trought all day we have an activitiesa like beach games, zumba, basketvall ext. I give credits to Blacky, Mimo and Mado!!!

Très bon emplacement et accueil très souriant et professionnel. Cependant, la propreté de la chambre laisse à désirer (ménage et robinetterie plus que vétuste, douche écossaise) ce qui est dommage car la chambre est spacieuse, confortable avec une belle vue mer.

Hotel simple et confortable en première ligne de mer. Petit déjeuner simple avec de bons produits. Chambre spacieuse et lumineuses. Rapport qualité prix intéressant hors saison. Il suffit de traverser la rue pour se retrouver à la plage !

Excellent Service. Hotel très propre, très calme, très bien placé (à 10 mns à pied de Sanary). Chambres très confortbales. Très bon petit déjeuner. Situé sur le bord de mer avec possibilité de faire de belles promenades

L'odeur de l'humidité est affreuse. La chambre a le minimum syndical et c'est dommage. L'hôtel est certes bien placé mais les chambres qui donnent sur le jardin sont peu accueillantes et souffrent du manque de soleil et donc bonjour la moisissure...

Une nuit en décembre 2023 aura raison de notre enthousiasme à aller à l'hôtel Bel Azur. Pas d'eau chaude à part un filet d'eau chaude durant moins d'une minute, aucun des quelques clients présents n'auront eu de l'eau chaude comme invoqué au petit déjeuner par chacun alors que le personnel prétendait que la tuyauterie serait à changer, aucun rapport, sinon une chaudière avec un GAZ sans doute trop cher pour nos hôtes. Les fenêtres laissent passer l'air froid, et le bruit passe de toute part, on se croirait dans une tante au milieu d'une place publique. le petit déjeuner fait de mini viennoiserie et de pain de la veille à en juger par leur dureté. La machine à café sortait du lot, bien que le lait qu'elle distribuait à paru bien clair à mon épouse. Reste la plage très belle et accueillante, maigre consolation... Un hôtel qui sent la faillite, triste pour l'avenir de son personnel.
