Filthy, sofa dirty and ripped - exposing pads.
Dirty table top, dirty floor.
Staff courteous but zero service provided.

Our second visit here in 3 months, booking to return in September. A great location, clean room and linen, pool an added bonus with the warm weather, again looked after by the team (Cindy, Faustine and new recruit Ben). Location ideal for beaches, bars, restaurants, shops, to explore inland, 2 hour drive to Nice, so for us the best place to discover South of France away from the crowds of Cannes, St Tropez. Highly recommend.

We were completely disappointed with the accommodations. The whole hotel was in bad condition, without paint on the outside and as abandoned, the room was no exception. Poorly laid out, the sofa bed mattresses were old and super uncomfortable, the double bed had a hard mattress. The pillows were uncomfortable and it did not have all the necessary kitchen utensils, there was no coffee maker, nor to heat the water. Incidentally, the water service was cut off and we were left without water for several minutes, without warning. The bathroom was horrible. The only good thing was the attention of the receptionist. We left the hotel a day early because we couldn't stand it anymore. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT The hotel was assigned 4 stars. I don't know which blind person gave it that rating. We would not have given it 4 negative stars.

Arrivés à 4 ,
Etat plus qu incorrect de l appart.
Horaires de reception limité.
Sol de l appart sales, poubelles sdb non vidée, miettes dans le salon, sucette bb dans la chambre,....
Menage fait ????
Nous ne reviendrons pas.
Merite un bon coup de menage, rafraîchissement et climatisation.
Point fort : piscine, garage couvert proximité plage.

Concernant la situation, l’établissement est proche de la plage ( mais pas de sable fin! ) La piscine est décevante par rapport aux photos du site où elle apparaît très grande. De plus pas de surveillance donc les gens sautent, crient, emmènent des matelas gonflables, jouent au ballon….. bref comme à la maison Absence de bornes de charge pour le véhicule et la réception ne savait pas où il y en avait. Appartement en réz de jardin à l’arrière du bâtiment donc sans soleil de la journée et en présence de souris dans les troènes qui longent la terrasse. Voilà, pour 1400€ la semaine je trouve que nous pourrions avoir mieux …..

arrivée un dimanche soir, l'appartement était dans un état de saleté déplorable , sols pas fait, coin cuisine très limite, vaisselle sale ... literie médiocre et équipement spartiate deux points positifs : propreté de la piscine et parking accessible dommage nous ne reviendrons pas

Nous ne sommes pas restés une seule nuit, sommes allés ailleurs. Pas de climatisation, sale. Votre description dans l’annonce ne décrit pas la réalité.
Deuxième déception de notre voyage!
Expédia manque de rigueur dans les descriptifs des hôtels offerts.
