It was a spacious room, nice and comfortable mattress. Although it is next to the main road, it was quiet at night.
Lovely view to the back, they call it river view. It is a cannel where had a lot of ducks, geese and swan swimming up and down.
A good place to stay.

The hotel needs a refurb. The room we were in 304 is very dated but clean and has wonderful views.
We ate in the restaurant the dinner wasn’t that warm. The breakfast was ok but the staff didn’t seem very organised. There were breakfast dishes on every table when we left at 9.30 am

The property location is very picturesque. 20 mins walk to the town using the pathway along the canal. The dining restaurant has awesome views.
The only downside was the pool had too much chlorine. Otherwise the facilities were excellent.

Awful from the very first moment. The manger at the front desk was unwelcoming and rude. The hotel is beyond dated and the room is horrific. The ‘spa’ was disgusting, I presume it has gone untouched since around 1983. Avoid the hotel, it is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in

Would never hesitate about staying at this hotel. Everything was great. Staff friendly and efficient. Bathroom clean and well appointed. Meals delicious but menu a bit limited and the same every day.

Amazing, helpful and friendly staff. Excellent service and wonderful food. Pet friendly hotel. The dogs loved it too!!
Quiet, convenient location. Did I mention the staff are awesome!!!
