Evlalia Studios & Villas

We had a really lovely time at Evlalia Studio. We stayed for a week and found all the staff so helpful and friendly. Nothing was to much for them. We we were collected from the Port and taken back at the end of our holidays. The views from our room were amazing, as are those from the pool. Everywhere is immaculate and clean, and it is so peaceful. It is only a short walk into Skopelos, where there are some beautiful restaurants. The bus station is only a 10 minute walk away too. The only thing I would say is that you do require good mobility as there is an incline to and from the town, and also from the reception area upto the pool and restaurant. In saying that we are in our late 60’s and managed the walk.

Aparments are situated at the furthest point of Skopelos bay, which you can see from the satellite, the gradient up to the hotel is very steep and not suitable for those with mobility or breathing problems. A lot of money has recently been spent on the exterior infinity pool and surroundings, but the rooms are quite dated and in particular the showers do not work properly and need a major update, along with the units and fittings. There has also been a bad odour reported from the drainage in some rooms. If the rooms in the top blocks are refurbished we are sure it will be a great venue. The Manager and the bar Staff in particular, were very polite and helpful in terms of port transfers, friendliness and general information. It should also be said that if it rains the breakfast area is closed due to an open rattan roof. This can happen a lot in September, It’s then served though the kitchen hatch. The venue also hosts, whilst guests are present a Christening party which went on until 3.00am, un acceptable for paying clientele. Overall however, it was a satisfactory experience, but probably not one to be repeated.

superb, superb, superb! from the moment we arrived on the island to be collected at the port to the day we left the team at evlalia could not do enough to make your stay memorable. location is great just a short walk to beach, bars, restaurants' and supermarket. the hotel has recently been extended and a brand new infinity pool and bar area added which provides stunning views over the town of skopelos. rooms are clean and well kept as is the site overall. We were in a junior suite which if we were to give any feedback a little more storage wouldn't go amiss. Breakfast is first-class both service and quality as is the bar/pool snack menus available throughout the day. We would not hesitate to highly recommend the evlalia studios and villas and will be returning next year!

Fabulous villa Nefeli provided us with everything we needed for a wonderful relaxing time. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. The villa has amazing views, lovely little plunge pool, daybed, loungers. All kept immaculately clean. The only area for improvements is to make the pool area more private as plants aren't enough to screen from rear carpark & other guests walking by to access the new main pool area. This wasn't an issue for us but maybe for future guests, we are sure this is something staff will consider. Absolutely outstanding team of staff. Anestis very helpful & extremly professional & hard working he ensured all guests were happy and nothing was too much trouble, Frédéric always happy, smiling & gave lovely compliments about my dresses, Will made great cocktails and always engaging with conversation in a friendly professional manner. Cleaning staff very efficient and politie and finally George whose aim is to ensure every guest has the best holiday stay. We had the best time, thank you all 🔟🙌🥂🍾🍹🍸🍷🌞

We stayed here for 1 week early July in a Junior Suite. The whole place is stunning, amazing views, lovely rooms, the staff are very attentive, particularly Anestis who pops up like Mr Benn as if by magic at any time of day or night. Nothing was too much trouble, he picked us up from the Ferry port and dropped us back off at the end of the week. He helped us hire a car locally at a very competitive price and gave us sound advice throughout the holiday. The new Pool Bar wasn't finished when we were there which was a shame but honestly it looked so fantastic we felt like we can't wait to go back to try it out. There are some more rooms being built too but they are set back from the Hotel and didn't inconvenience us at all. I'm really picky about hotels and my wife is twice as bad as me but we loved it so 5 stars all the way. A few things to consider though. 1. It's at the far end of the resort so it's a 5 minute walk to the first bar, 10 minutes to the middle and 20 minutes to the other end of the bay. The trade off is its beautifully tranquil and scenic. 2. Skopelos is very hilly, it all slopes up from the sea and Evlalia is no exception. It's a small, sharp incline to get to the Hotel from the sea front and another small, sharp incline to get to the Pool and breakfast area. If hills trouble you then don't go to Skopelos! 3. The junior suites are open plan. Not much modesty to be had in the shower. Didn't bother us but bear it in mind. 4. (I'm being picky now but) the sunbed umbrellas have string holes in them so they're not much good for shade but there are plenty of shaded areas to sit if you're hot. All in all, a great experience and we'll be back next year. A truly beautiful place to visit.

This hotel is so quaint and beautiful. The owners were very present and helpful, and the service was excellent. The location is perfect for exploring Skopelos too. We stayed for six nights and enjoyed our stay very much - we would love to return in the future!

This is our second visit to the hotel. We knew that the hotel was having a new pool built, bar area and breakfast bar. Wow what George and his team has achieved since our last visit is unbelievable. The new pool area is amazing with some brilliant views. The breakfast area is perfect. The chef cooked us some amazing treats each morning. For breakfast. Plenty to eat!! The bar was not finished but what they achieved in 10 days was a shell to almost finished and that looked ace! Our room was clean had beautiful interior and had some amazing views. You can get food and drink at the breakfast area all day and is very good value for money and top standards This hotel for me is now the no1 hotel in skopelos. Well done George and team .

Just back from a wonderful two week stay at this lovely family run hotel. We honestly couldn't fault it. Breakfast was plentiful and varied from eggs and sausages to homemade cheese pastries and cakes. The whole new breakfast area is just delightful with views over the bay and the pool area. We were informed a week before our arrival that the bar was yet to open but all of the bar services were still available so this had no impact on our stay. Our room was immaculate and generous in size and our view was just incredible. We can't wait to come back.

What a wonderful hotel - fantastic location comfortable 10 minute walk from town centre, this is a must stay when visiting Skopelos. The hotel staff a customer focussed, the rooms spacious and high standard, the pool area sensational and the day and night view is to die for. Skopelos provides a genuine Greek experience and amazing beaches so if you get there make sure you stay at Evlalia - you'll be glad you did.
