I am writing to express my deep disappoin**ent and frustration regarding our recent experience with your hotel. Weeks ago, we made a reservation for a room at your establishment, and we were explicitly informed that the reservation was non-refundable and non-cancellable. We diligently planned our trip around this reservation, taking into consideration the policy that was communicated to us. However, just one hour before our planned arrival, while we were en route to your hotel via bus, we received a message notifying us that our reservation had been canceled and that there was no longer a room available for us. This sudden change left us in an incredibly difficult and inconvenient situation, as we found ourselves in Skopje in the middle of the night with nowhere to stay. This situation is unacceptable, and we are deeply disappointed with the lack of professionalism and reliability displayed by your hotel. We had counted on your hotel for a place to rest during our stay in Skopje, and the last-minute cancellation has caused us significant inconvenience and discomfort. We urge you to review your reservation policies and improve your communication with guests. Such experiences can be highly detrimental to the reputation of your hotel. We expect a full refund for our canceled reservation and extra reimbursement for expenses related to booking a new room. We hope that you take steps to ensure this doesn't happen to other guests in the future.

Very nice place. Great place for a couple.

It was at early winter, temperature was very low at night. I felt very cold. The property manager refused to turn on the heater for me. Heat and aircon service was included in the property details. I also constantly contacted the property manager to ask for information and needs, they did not pick up the phone and did not give me help.

Such an amazing apar**ent with beautiful spa. The communication with staff was perfect they helped us with transfer to and from airport, number du taxi service, and was helpful directly when texting them. The area was calm and peaceful just a 10-15min walk to The city center square. Will definitely stay here again.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Sehr netter Gastgeber und bei Problemen schnell erreichbar. Wir haben auch den Transfer zum Flughafen durch den Gastgeber genutzt und waren sehr zufrieden. Toller und erholsamer Spa Bereich.

Heeelijk ruim appartement met alle faciliteiten die je denkt nodig te hebben. Ruime badkamer, twee balkons, airco, zitje. Lift is aanwezig. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid . Het zwembad m, sauna en jacuzzi doen je apart bij te boeken (€35). Dat wordt vooraf niet vermeld. Bottom line… een prima plek om Skopje en omgeving te ontdekken en te verkennen.

Bon accueil, appartement confortable avec tout le necessaire et transfert aéroport possible!
