Room was clean and nice. Comfortable. I was just a staircase away from the lobby. 100 yards away from snow -hard to beat at this price. Bkfst was simple, but I knew that going in. Coffee was good. It's definitely a contender for next year.

The property was conveniently located to public transportation. The staff were both friendly and polite. Our room was very clean, and so were the surroundings .

Hotel room is reasonably sized, small bathroom, uncomfortable pillows. What really left me disappointed was the breakfast. very few options, it's not worth paying for it. It's better to have coffee at the options near the hotel. Good room cleaning service

The location is 20 feet from the mall and is perfect for quickly getting on the slopes. The hotel has no elevator so getting around could be a little hard for those with disabilities. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. This is a no-frills, clean, spacious inn and I would definitely return.

Hotel has a great location, close to mall, bus stations, mountain, restaurants, etc.
Hotel is old but cozy. No A/C , you think you wont need it on winter to sleep but yes you need it.....
You heard every single movement from next door and up floor....horrible....
We couldn't make it to the free breakfast because it's so early (7-9) . But they have coffee and hot chocolate all day long and i love it!!!
No elevator, so you need to carry your heavy luggage ...
Customer service was great, they answered all my questions and helped me with important details to have a better staying.
I know Aspen is expensive but I think this hotel was overpriced.

Great property in the middle of it all in Snowmass. Breakfast is lack luster, but a good cafe is across the street. I didn't see an elevator and rooms are on multiple levels. From a security stand point, my room's exterior door didn't have a deadbolt and they still use traditional keys. Some travelers, might feel uncomfortable not having a door that is not as secure as some other hotels.

Everything was excellent except the door locking mechanism. It was often not sure whether door is locked or not.

This was our second time to stay here & both times have been great. The staff is very helpful & courteous. In fact, the first room we were in was not heating up so they moved us with no problem to another room. Jose who works at the front desk is very nice & helpful.
They have a good sized pool & hot tub with great views of the mountains around it. The hotel is right across the road from Snowmass Mall, which is great. And, you are just a very short walk to the shuttle pickup area.
The only downside we can see is that it would be nice if their breakfast has some better options other than a mountain of carbs (bagels, oatmeal, cereal, bread, english muffins, etc.) some sausage or even eggs would be better.
