Our room was really hot the AC wasn’t not working but other then that it was good ! But the manager Kerry was absolutely no help at all

Holiday Inn Express has become my Go-To home when I am on the road, and this recent trip 4/24 - 5/4 was no exception. ALWAYS constant, 4 pillows on each bed, 2 soft, 2 firm, delightful, restful mattress and bedding. Bathtubs that are not for children only and plenty of towels, etc.
Thank you to the women I met at this stay, Imelda in the dining room was exceptional Alicia, and Nialely(sp?), and Angela who greeted me at the front desk.
