Stosunek ceny do jakości jest bardzo, bardzo dobry. Lokalizacja jest cicha, transport jest niewygodny, a samochód można zarezerwować wszędzie. W pobliżu jest bardzo niewiele lokali gastronomicznych. Nie można oczekiwać, że obsługa hotelu będzie tak troskliwa jak piątka -gwiazdkowy hotel i nie jest to zbyt humanitarne.. Zmieniło się...
Może dzieje się tak dlatego, że okres świąt Bożego Narodzenia jest naprawdę bardzo pracowity⋯

Staying here was a very unique experience. Whilst, during our 2 night visit, we didn't get to see the northern lights, we still enjoyed our stay specifically the glass igloo on the west village, the buffet breakfast, and just walking around the village. The dinner service can be improved as we noticed that if you dine in at a much later time let's say after 6pm the service can be slow due to the staff:customers ratio. To avoid this, we dined in at 5:30pm.

Peace and Quite resort, the dinner in clouded is good. The only problem I have is the Shower is not in the room, I understand the room is small and it could not fit a shower in, but at least they could make the shower more accessible. I have to walk around 200m in the morning and night in the middle of winter just to take a shower, so inconvenient.

Magnifique chalet igloo. Des paysages superbes enneigés et calme. Nous avons pu voir des aurores boréales magnifiques grâce à l'alarme dans le chalet. Des étoiles pleins les yeux ! Et les prestations au top. Génial !

住的是Kelo，半木屋半玻璃頂的，非常大，不愧是玻璃屋的鼻祖，房間沒話説，玻璃屋下有兩張床，木屋有兩張床，另外還有一個高低床，而且別墅內就有桑拿屋，非常適合一家人住，室外玩雪也非常方便，而且因為酒店有極光鬧鐘，當晚極光爆發酒店有鬧鐘提醒，所以我們非常幸運地在這個晚上看到了極光

東村玻璃屋房間感覺很乾凈，房間不大也夠用，因為誤車晚上12點才到酒店路上擔心沒有24小時前台，可是非常驚喜地有，而且服務態度温柔周到；然後運氣就爆棚了，躺在床上看漫天繁星的時候極光出現了。看了一個多小時的極光，在天空不停變化，實現了躺着看極光，值了
