Firstly the positives, the Staff were all very helpful, and the included spa access make this a Hotel worth considering. The Spa particularly is an amazing tranquil place. However past that things sadly don't quite match up. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bathrooms are very nice they have obviously been renovated in recent years. The rest of the room however is dated probably to the late 1970s or early 1980s. It's been a very long time since I have seen a radio, which didn't work, built into the dark wood furnishings of your bedside table. The lift which broke down during my stay seemed to struggle to move between the floors. The overall ambience left me feeling like I was stuck in a bit of a time warp. This could be such a nice hotel, if the rooms were refreshed. If you really like spa facilities then you should definitely stay here. If they are not that important to you, then there are many better options in the same sort of price category.

Very clean and tidy place, for a very affordable price. Staff were very polite and guided me through the spa details as I was interested on having shoulders massage. Great communication skills. They made it possible even though it wasn’t on the list! I would recommend this place 10/10 and if I come back I’ll definitely book in this hotel again.

Hotel centrale a Sofia. Posizione strategia a vicino al metro, prezzi adeguati alla sistemazione. Utilizzo della Spa gratuito! Letto comodo, bagno piccolo ma funzionale. Leggeri rumori dalla strada sottostante ma la location è decisamente centrale !

Veramente eccezionale, situato in pieno centro a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni. Personale sempre disponibile e camere molto pulite. La particolarità è data dalla spa che è veramente spettacolare. Consigliato
