Was extremely disappointed that the wifi in the room wasn’t working at all. This is very bad considering that this is supposed to be a business hotel. Furthermore, no attempt at compensation was offered at all, even though i paid for the wifi which was advertised. Staff also did not bother to update on the status after checking and I had to call the reception again to check on the update of the wifi. That said, the room was adequate and all the staff were still nice (by Bulgarian standards).

While the hotel itself is good, and the rooms are comfortable, the service needs significant improvements. The hotel staff is argumentative and rude, and that affects one’s experience.

(+) Top Lage, tolle Ausstattung.
(-) Ansonsten extrem hellhörig und laut, falls man Nachbarn hat, die ständig die Tür auf- und zumachen.
Frühstück sehr enttäuschend. Das Badezimmer ist schon renovierungsbedürftig.

位置方便，過馬路就有類似麥德龍超市，以及帶有咖啡廳，餐廳的寫字樓，樓下還有雷克薩斯的4s店，至於酒店內部，一樓也有附屬餐廳，啤酒跟牛排都符合其價位，服務態度也優雅合宜，房間的裝修屬於暗色調，類似低調奢華風，面積適中，清潔衞生，床單被褥軟硬適中，可惜走道有些狹窄，透明電梯也是偏小

Очень красивый отель, но мало свежих овощей на завтрак, только помидоры , а в общем все отлично 👍 Потрясающего аромата средства для гигиены, полотенца пахнут цитрусом,
