The room was clean. My mom and I think that it is still new as all the furniture is relatively new. Only down side is no lift which was my fault as I didn't see it and we had to carry down 2 30 kgs luggage down the from 3rd floor (luckily we didn't need to carry out). But my main purpose is to choose somewhere near the bus station so no complains on that.
The receptionist guy which I forgot to ask his name was friendly and we booked shuttle service and he arrived on time for our flight and we had no mess finding his car unlike my previous trip...

Great price, location, cleanliness and service/checkin information. Easy to find and close to main bus and rail station. Would stay again.

Awful. Hotel mixed up our room and then couldn’t care less. Told us to go find another hotel at 9.30pm as our room was unsuitable! Then told us we would get a refund and we have still not received it. Highly disappointed and don’t recommend these people to anyone

I arrived yesterday at 4pm to the hotel, but the door was closed and there was a phone number only...Hotel's team probably don't understand that some guests have no local Sim card or no other option to reach by phone! Likely I met one of the guests, who kindly agreed to help me. So she called to the written at the door number and got instructions where to get a key. I think such instructions must be sent to the email of expecting guest, isn't?? And in the end of the day I'm getting an email that my booking has canceled by the hotel!!! It's really strange to behave this way if you work in the hospitality! Or the word of hospitality is unknown at this property.... So sad to meet such unprofessional service....

I recently stayed in a room with two twin beds. The positive:
Spacious for a low price
They found a way to accommodate my very late arrival
Close to public transport
The negative:
Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The curtains, the sheets and the pillow all smelled of smoke. Opening the balcony door for a few hours is not enough to make the smell go away.
There were some ants in our 3rd floor room
I would not stay here again. Also, I'm not sure why this place has three stars. There is no restaurant, fitness center, pool or any similar extras.

Appartamento nuovo e pulito. Silenzioso, luminoso e a pochi minuti da Serdika. Che si raggiunge attraverso la strada principale. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una persona ad accoglierci che ci ha spiegato tutto. Peccato per la Carta igienica che sc****ggia. Per il resto tutto perfetto

El colchón y la cama son cómodas para el descanso. La ducha es búlgara y hay que tener en cuenta que es un termo, nosotros nos duchamos dos personas y debía estar al mínimo porque la segunda fue con agua fría, lo comunique al dueño, además de la calefacción que se enciende pero no sale aire caliente (o la habitación no se calentaba) y me dejaron una estufa para la noche siguiente y la aguja del calentador ya habia subido y nos duchamos, al día siguiente, las dos personas que estábamos alojadas y muy bien. El papel higiénico también escaso y lo racionamos hasta que pudimos comprar más del que había, porque en el armario no había ningún rollo más. Por lo demas,la habitación es moderna, muy bonito y amplia por eso no le pongo mala puntuación, además que solventaron nuestras incidencias puntuales que os he comentado anteriormente.

Esta bien ubicada . El personal es amable y dispuestos a ayudar . Tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente en nuestra habitación. Había que llamar al técnico , entonces nos ofrecieron usar la ducha de otra habitación.
