Elate Plaza Hotel

This my the best family hotel in Sofia. The service, rooms, apartments and the restaurant is comfortable, clean and near to the airport. Good breakfast, nice for dinner and is good when we are with children. Free parking and is practical when I am flying

The first thing was that when we arrived at 23:00 the receptionist charged us 10 euros more than he should have, after confronting him and discussing it with the owner he gave us back 5 euros. Basically he STEALED 5 euros from us, this is a normal and usual practice as he did the same thing to 3 other clients. The room was dirty, the carpet on the floor above all, the bathrooms were dirty and old. The bathtub had no plug so you could not take a bath. The mattresses were uncomfortable and with strange lumps. The bed sheets were too small. The light in the room was insufficient and the refrigerator did not work well, it was full of stinky water. We were very cold as the heating did not work. The third night there was a fight in the corridors and room on the same floor as us. The reception did not come up at any time. The next day there was glass and blood in the hallway. Breakfast was poor and insufficient, if you wanted two glasses of orange juice, good luck. There was no hot milk apparently. Undoubtedly the worst hotel experience, at least the location was good.

Avevamo solo una notte a disposizione a Sofia e volevamo stare un pó fuori dal centro. Hotel comodo all’aeroporto un pó difficile da trovare visto che si trova in mezzo a diversi condominii, camere spaziose e super calde bagno ok pulizia ottima. Prezzo buono per Sofia. Parcheggio un pò difficile
