Estuve con mi familia el 17 de junio 2023, siempre nos habíamos quedado en Orión antes de pandemia, cuando nos entregaron la habitación olía a ropa sucia, llegamos por la noche a descansar: el sanitario obstruido, estuve llamando a la señora que hizo la reserva de la habitación, esta persona me conoce, nunca contestó. Le dije al señor de recepción para cambiar la habitación, dijo que no había habitaciones disponibles, a la mañana siguiente para bañarnos: la poceta del baño tapada. Nos dimos cuenta de que las sábanas estaban manchadas, fue muy desagradable. Procedimos a pagar y salir, para tal vez no regresar allí.
