Hotele niedaleko Seorak Sunrise Park, Sokcho

J'ai passé trois nuits dans cet hôtel situé non loin de l'entrée du Parc National de Seorak. Commençons donc par le début en précisant que c'est un des principaux critères qui m'a guidé dans mon choix et aidé à faire une sélection parmi la large gamme d'offres hôtelières de Sokcho. Je souhaitais en effet être à portée de la réserve puisque je suis amateur de randonnée. Un conseil toutefois, prenez un taxi qui vous déposera sans doute en contrebas de la zone de parking. Vous serez sûr ainsi d'arriver bien échauffé avant votre séance de trekking. Mais je m'éloigne de l'hôtel... Deuxième élément en rapport logique avec ce qui précéde , si comme moi vous cherchiez un endroit calme et tranquille pour vous reposer après l'effort, vous l'avez trouvé. Un vrai havre de paix...propre à favoriser les bonnes nuits de sommeil , hors circonstances exceptionnelles puisque le premier soir j'ai eu un ronfleur mature et comme les murs ne sont pas très épais...je ne vous fais pas de dessin. Le petit déjeuner est disponible en informant la réception la veille au soir. Pour le prix ne vous en privez pas. Ensuite, le ménage dans les chambres est là-aussi à demander au lobby. Les chambres sont d'une propreté remarquable à défaut d'être très spacieuses. Mais l'hôtel offre quasiment toutes les commodités habituelles que l'on attend en plus de la fourniture de la chambre : articles de toilettes, accès gratuit 5 G à Internet, bouteilles d'eau, dosettes de ”French café” - attention il y a un piège - et de thé vert... Malheureusement au moment de prolonger mon séjour d'une nuit pour me reposer au sec - le temps est très mauvais actuellement en Corée - , les réservations affichées complet à cause du Chuseok - Thanksgiving coréen - grand évènement de reunion familiale où l'on honore les ancêtres...inutile de vous dire que c'est aussi la période la plus difficile pour se loger et aussi bien sûr la plus onéreuse pour les clients que nous sommes. Les prix passent facilement du simple au double. Pensez-y si vous venez en Corée et surtout dans la mesure du possible réservez à l'avance au moment des fêtes d'automne. Manque de chance, peu de temps après avoir réservé ailleurs, une chambre s'est libérée... Et là où j'ai atterri j'ai vite changé de monde, type e clientèle et atmosphère à l'opposé de celle que j'avais tant apprécié à l'hôtel Amaranth. So british in a very nice way...isn't it ?

Location : not far from Sokcho express bus terminal and Sokcho intercity terminal by taxi/bus , exact location in Maps but don’t have any sign outside the building. Can walk to Sokcho market, GS25, King Crab restaurants. Room : New and clean, I have ever stayed in Busan branch before here is a bit tiny space for 4 people. Have enough nessesary amanities including automatic toilet, only 2 bottles of water/day. Maid make up the room every day. My room have a side of habour view = you have to lean out from the balcony to see the sea view. Receptionist : kind & polite, 24 hrs at front. Could request to call a taxi but somes dont use the taxi metre and ask for higer price. Kakao taxi is better.

Wow! It felt like time travel back to the last century in the UK, the moment you step into the hotel lobby, which is full of nostalgic British decorations. The restaurant, especially, is like a royal family gallery with photos of Queen Elizabeth, Princess Diana, Prince Charles, Prince William, and other royals covering the walls. Each floor features a unique theme dedicated to various public figures, including presidents, diplomats, sports stars, movie stars, singers, and actors. The hallways are decorated with photos and memorabilia, making every walk a discovery. The location is very close to the entrance of Seorak Mountain National Park, within a 7-10 minute walk. My double bedroom is lovely with a nice view of greenery. The only downside and a major issue to me is that no AC at night, which is not mentioned in the hotel’s description. The staff explained that the AC is centrally controlled and is turned off at night because they assume it’s cool enough. They can only give me a fan. I had both dinner and buffet breakfast at the hotel, and they were all good, and all the staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were very nice and friendly as well.

Nice clean and spacioua. Lots of place to eat near btly. Close from centeal market and beaches. Has heated pool nintendo switch and kids cafe. Nice for families.

We arrived early at the hotel and we were hoping to be able to leave our luggage in a luggage room . When we got there , there was no staff on the Reception desk as the hotel operates a non face to face check in . This is fine but we do not speak or read Korean and we were unsure what we had to do . Eventually after two hours we managed to check in using Kakeo talk . Very frustrating to have wasted that time . It was also confusing because our room was not actually in the hotel but next door in the hotel across the road . The room it self was brilliant . Very clean and spacious Lovely bathroom with enclosed shower . Tv , fridge and washing machine . The hotel was across the road from the beach so that was brilliant . It seemed a long way from the main part of the beach and any restaurants where we could eat ..

Отличный отель. Прекрасное расположение. До моря пять минут пешком, большой супермаркет и автовокзал также в шаговой доступности. Вокруг много мелких магазинчиков, CU, GS25. В номере есть стиральная машинка, сушильный шкаф, холодильник, микроволновка, плита и вся необходимая посуда.

We stayed 2 nights, and the owners were really kind and friendly and invited us to sing and play Korean songs along with them and other families in the stage they have in the basement. It was one of the most memorable experiences of my whole trip in South Korea. The room and water were warm and well suited for the winter. They upgraded our room for free and there was so much space with sink, fridge, sofa and table included. The breakfast every morning is delicious and filling, preparing you well for a day of walking in the mountains. 설악산 was beautiful coated in the white snow. The location of the hotel is great too, as there is a frequent bus that takes you to the park in no time, as well as to the city when you first come or when you leave the last day. I hope I can come back again to visit the park during different seasons, and I will definitely would like to stay in this hotel again. Thank you for everything. Gracias, 감사합니다 😄

I have stayed here before to hike Seoraksan. This time, I had a nicer room; however, because it is near the mountains and older, there was a huge house centipede on the ceiling when I got there. Luckily, the bug spray they had worked on it. Other than that, there were some small stains on the bedding, but everything else was clean. The bed was comfortable, and the location is about 55 minutes walking distance from Seoraksan National Park. It's only about an 8 minute taxi drive there if not too much traffic. There is a beautiful river/stream nearby. This place is also only about a 16 minute drive from the Sokcho Express Bus Terminal. Obviously, I like this place enough to stay again. Breakfast was toast, cereal, and you could make eggs/a toast sandwich I believe.

Good: Very spacious room with great view and a balcony! Bathroom had a rain shower. Walkable to Yeonggeumjeong Pavilion which has great night view. Bus opposite hotel goes directly to Seoraksan. Walking distance to Intercity Bus Terminal. Bad: 1. Front desk. I asked about the swimming pool when it was before 9PM. Official closing time was 10PM and last entry was 9:30PM. Front desk staff told me the swimming pool entry has closed for the day even though it's not 9PM yet. 2. Only had housekeeping once even though I stayed for 4 nights. This was not explained during check in.

룸 컨디션 만족 위치 만족 뷰 만족 나머지 다 꽝 일단 일반 아파트인데 이런 숙박목적으로 분양 받아쓰는 세대가 대다수 인가봄. 숙박하는 고객이 엄청 많음. 처음 도착해서 들은 말은 주차 차량 만차니 짐을 내리고 돌아나오면 다른 주차장을 알려준다고 함. 객실이 23층이고 차가 계속 오가는데 뭔 짐을 어디다 어떻게 내리라는거임? 지하1층부터 5층까지 6개층이 주차장인데 만차라니. 주차하는데만 20분 넘게 씀. 두번째 엘베 전쟁임. ”숙박업소”로 쓰는 고층 건물이다보니 사람도 엄청난데 심지어 6층이 무슨 행사장인가봄. 돌잔치를 하는지 가족행사를 하는지 여튼 뻑하면 6층에 섬. 엘베가 4대인데 사람들이 훨 많으니 과부하. 객실 올라가는데만 10분 넘게 씀. 외출 갔다오는데도 똑같음. 밤 10시였는데 사람이 왜케 많은지. 주차와 엘베가 너무×1000000 스트레스여서 여행 오자마자 기빨리고 힘들었음. 표정 다 굳음. 지하1층이 정문 출입구인데 전자렌지를 두어 냄새나고 청결하지 않음. 객실 컨디션은 당연 오피스텔이라 깨끗하고 잘돼있어 좋았음. 근데 IPTV는 되는데 일반 정규방송은 안되는 듯. 화장실이 굉~~~~장히 좁음. 근데 배수가 심하게 안됨. 숙소와서 배수구들어 청소해보긴 처음임. 네임밸류 있는 아파트가 굉장히 허접쓰. 드라이기 쓰다가 갑자기 꺼짐. 대기전력 콘센트로 꽂았나 싶었는데 아니었음. 침구류는 좋은 향나고 깨끗했음. 모르면 몰랐지 재방문의사 절대 없음.
