Pierre & Vacances Andorra Bordes D’Envalira

We enjoyed our stay at Pierre & Vacances Andorra Bordes d'Envalira. They staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was convenient and the living space was good. There was plenty of room in the main bedroom to store skis and gear. Our main issue was the parking is very tight and not included in the price. If you do park under the property you'll need to go around the block and down a hill to locate it. To leave the parking lot you'll need to scan your pass at the beginning of the exit tunnel.

Check in was terrible at Hotel Austria up the road. Nobody spoke English, which was surprising for a hotel. Bad communication issues especially regarding parking. Never did find the car park, parked on the road. Apartment was clean and spacious. Beds were extremely cheap and uncomfortable. Felt the springs in the mattress. Bath had a spa bath, no plug and didn't work, so that was disappointing. It was an ok stay. It did the job for 2 nights.

They don’t have a check in lobby. Check in is operated at Hotel Austria. There after, we need to find our own way to the room, which is not an easy thing to do

Terrible, this flat has windows on a small patio of 4 square meter, means no sun light in the flat, only one is was on salon given right on the main street and you can imagine that at the first floor about the entrance the noise generated by smoker and people arrival at their appartement The flat was very noisy and bed totally dead and the picture of the web site is a fake

Great location, right on the slopes. However, be aware there will be a coffee machine, but no coffee and you will be expected to take off sheets and bedding and put them all in the bathroom…making you feel more like you’re spending the night at your friend’s cabin than paying for a room!

La experiencia en los apartamentos de Pierre Vacances fué muy agradable. Por suerte en recepciónnos atendieron muy bien y además pudimos tener apartamento a pesar de que cuando hice la reserva en mente tinía la fecha de 26/08 y cuando nos presentamos allí resulta que en la página de Hotels, ¡oh sorpresa! habian colocado 23/09. No era la primera vez que me ha pasado. Lo que ocurre que con la pandemia hacia tiempo que no me desplazaba y este "despiste de los intermediarios" no lo recordaba, por ello no revisé la reserva, como hacia antes, para evitar errores. Desde la página de Hotels sólo he podido comunicarme por internet, a pesar de mi insisténcia de hablar por teléfono con lguien. Así no ha habido manera de arreglar el tema de la reserva y no he podido cambiar la fecha, pues no me importaria repetir, y la he perdido ya que en la que me habian colocado yo no tenia disponibilidad. Decir que desde Pierre Vacances me han atendido bien, sólo que como mi reserva era a través de un intermediario, Hotels. com, ellos no han podido arreglarlo, eso me han explicado. Así pues recomiendo a cualquier otro viajero que los apartamentos están muy bien pero que NO RESERVEN a través de Hotels. así evitarán DESPISTES . Gracias

Bonjour, je commence par les points positifs ça va aller vite... le supermarché en face est très pratique, le kit ménage avec les produits lave vaisselle, éponge et liquide de ménage sont très pratiques. Mais le personnel ne parle pas français et un anglais approximatif, les dialogues sont difficiles (Pierre et vacances ce n'est pas français?). Les femmes de ménages rentrent dans l'appartement sans frapper. Le parking est étriqué et très mal indiqué (panneaux mis en fin de séjour, rampe inaccessible si voiture basse). L'appartement était surchauffé, il n'y avait aucun mode d'emploi pour le radiateur, ni aucun autre appareil), il y a un "jour" dans le porte d'entrée de au moins 0.5cm, l'équipement est plutôt pauvre (5 petites cuillères, pas d'épluche légume, très peu de casserole, bref il est difficile de cuisiner), la lumière de la salle de bain n'est pas adaptée (pas au dessus du miroir), je ne parle pas du frigo qui produit un sifflement infernal! Et dire que l'on a payé un surcout pour un appartement "privilégié", avec une vue sur la montagne mais à l'entrée du bâtiment avec le bruit de tout l'immeuble qui passe devant la porte avec ses chaussures de ski! Bref heureusement que la station de ski est bien et que le logement est proche parce que franchement ce n'est pas un endroit à recommander! Bref si vraiment vous voulez quand même y aller, demander un appart hors du rez de chaussée, avec vue montagne, prenez une voiture qui se manie facilement et prévoyez de manger simple ou au restau tous les jours! et si l'un d'entre vous ne ski pas, qu'il/elle prévoit des livres car les balades ne sont pas possibles sans prendre la voiture!

En el correo recibido indican que el registro de entrada es de 17h a 19h, por un accidente en la carretera llegamos a las 18:35, me atendieron (me dieron la llave) pero no me dejaron hacer el checkin indicandome que volviera por la mañana (no encuentro correcto que no pudiera hacerlo por gestiones internas, haciendome volver al día siguiente, ... si hay un horario se debe cumplir o modificarlo e indicar otro para la atención al público) A parte, deberian indicar en la información de la reserva donde ir a hacer el checkin, ya que han suprimido la recepción que tenian debajo los apartamentos. Referente a los apartamentos estan bien, ya habiamos ido otras veces.
