Breakfast was good. The room is good. The staff seems new and a bit confused. Overall the stay is good.

Service war Super die Leute waren Hilfsbereit freundlich und kompetent. Konnte nicht besser sein. Zimmer sind bequem gewesen aber der Badezimmer war ein bisschen renovierungsbedürftig.

We booked one night so we could attend a family get together and we were kept awake all night. By children running around all through the night. it sounded like someone was jumping off the bed, Then there will be silence for an hour and will be woken up again by somebody running across the room, this went on all through the ,We Went on their website to make a complaint which is so difficult. There is nothing there to express your views eventually after 30 minutes of scarring their webpage I sent them a complaint they did in for me it would take 30 days yes 30 days for them to get back to me, I’m still waiting this was a month ago. Absolutely crazy would never use this company again.

We chose this Premier Inn as it was the closest available hotel available for the UK Games Expo at the NEC this weekend. What a find! Only 10 mins from the NEC, in a lovely area, parking in a car park next door for only £1.60 overnight and the hotel.itself has had a lovely modern refit. The room was superb, perfectly clean and the receptionist was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious as always in Premier Inns, a little behind with restocking hot items but it was really busy and no real inconvenience to us. We'll be back next year for UK Games Expo!

I constantly come to this hotel ever since I had fantastic service from the team back in my previous stays, and whilst there have been new staff members come in, they still have a smile, still provide fantastic service and I have (and will) continue to come to this hotel in the future! Everything is as you’d expect from a Premier inn, like the same comfy beds, brilliant clean rooms, good service and ever since they’ve had their refurb, the rooms look better, more modern and are a pleasure to be in all round. Sometimes the rooms have times where there’s a small problem wrong with them but it’s fixable and the team always are on hand to help! Service is never an issue, but I need to give credit to Demi, Amarhn and Debbie. There is also a guy with really curly hair who has been in on evenings but I did not get his name but every time we come to this hotel, they always have a smile, they always are working together and they are always really friendly and it’s the reason why we keep coming back to this site! All of them are fantastic but they all have qualities that make them better than most hotels which makes a huge difference. It’s why we will always come back here! The only feedback I could give is in the restaurant, before they served a full menu. They don’t anymore, and I am gutted about this and wish they would bring it back!! Other than that, fabulous! One tip to look at is if you are going, just check the menu first. The restaurant has a thyme restaurant but it’s not the full restaurant menu. Before staying, see if you can check the reduced menu before going (esp if you have the meal deal!)

The hotel itself meets all expectations. Always been good since I've been coming here in 2022 except during major refurbishment works. However, the drastic fall in the restaurant offering is concerning and should be made known to guests ahead of time particularly when the meal deals are still on offer. Menu should be available before one Commits to the meal deal only to find very little offering and what was on the plate was inedible after all.

I stay here on a regular basis with work and omg was I disappointed when I arrived on Monday evening. I stayed in a Premier Plus Room which are nice and very comfortable. My complaint is with the menu in the restaurant which has been vastly reduced and not very appetising at all. I encouraged my colleagues to stay here and advised them to take the meal deal as I did but to find the menu had been reduced to litterly pasta, burgers and fish it was very disappointing. The staff advised that this was trial menu but it was not good at all. I had the fish and chips and the fish was nice but the chips were oven chips and not nice plus you don't get peas with it anymore (very strange) We waited for nearly an hour to be served as there was only one chef on. The waiting staff were lovely but you could see that they were fed up as we were as they were getting so many complaints with regards to the little choice and the wait time to be served. The next night we went out for food as there was nothing on the menu that would have made us want to eat in again I normally stay here for 3 x nights at a time and if I had been on my own I would have struggled to find something different to eat each night So on that note, come on Whitbread please give this lovely hotel back their full menu and make your new and returning customers happy to eat at your restaurant
