非常完美的酒店和假期！避世酒店的天花板，非常值得一來再來。我們此次預訂的是基礎房型稻田villa，房間的陳設，色彩與周邊的自然環境相得益彰，充滿野趣。值得一體的是如此親近自然的房間，但是衞生保持的格外整潔，沒有看到一衹蟲子，空調也沒有任何噪音，足見酒店維護的基本功。酒店的餐廳，Gym，私人海灘都很完美，工作人員隨時與你打招呼問候，充滿笑容，讓人賓至如歸。酒店以法國人居多，亞洲面孔很少，但在服務上沒有任何區別對待。雖然三天的時間裏有一天沒有晴天，但完全沒有無聊，酒店有豐富的活動和水上運動可以選擇。另外，由於在酒店過了新年，酒店有強制晚宴需要參加，這裏也感謝攜程幫忙溝通，完美地解決了突發情況。總而言之，雖然路途遙遠，但仍值得一來！

I came across Zannier's profile on social media, saw the photos of their property Bai San Ho and I was immediately filled with longing. The landscape is simply jaw-dropping. Upon my arrival, the reality of the surroundings and the resort's exceptional team exceeded my expectations. The resort is built beautifully to blend with the nature surrounding it. My favourite part is undoubtedly the remarkable boulder rocks at the far right end of the bay. Truly spectacular. The villas were designed masterfully to respect the traditional ways of Vietnamese living and as such each villa category corresponds to a certain theme - mine was a Paddy Field Villa and I could understand how a humble fisherman's hut inspired it; with a subtle touch of luxury of course. The 1 mile-long beach is pristine, everyone had their own little slice of privacy despite sharing it. The same goes for the 20m long infinity pool perched atop the hills, it was never really busy and sometimes I found myself having the entire area to myself at certain times throughout the day. The staff was always there to look after me; from getting me coffee/drinks/items from the menu to happily take a picture when I asked them to. I can say with confidence that there are not many places in the world with true authenticity that Bai San Ho offers. My 3 nights stay was an absolute dream. This is a place where I was able to disconnect from the world and in turn connect with nature and my inner child. I'm already longing to come back, or better yet to experience Zannier's other properties around the globe.

It was the first time for us in a Zannier property and it definitely won't be the last - we liked everything - especially the idea that the Zannier Group is emphasizing certain values (like preservation of environment, commitment to local communities, trying to keep the property in harmony with the nature etc.). We're already looking forward to explore the other properties soon, and hope to find similar components of what is described above :-)

I am not one to spend too much time writing reviews. All I can say is that everything is five star all the way, there’s no detail that’s left unnoticed. It’s an amazing hotel and you’re going there to relax. Tim and the GM made it a great experience

Stopped in a hillside pool villa-two bedrooms with the best breakfast included in the whole of Vietnam served by Trieu our wonderful waitress. Set in a very secluded area so if you want to get out you will have to have a taxi to the nearest restautant . Meals in the evening are mediocre and run by a manager from Spain can not remember his name but needs lessons in guest relations and politeness .Lunch on the Beach was superb as were the whole of the staff . The area is known as (Bay of corals) so we decided to go out in the speedboat and go snorkling Tony our driver was excellent and guided us to the coral area ( not as impressive as we thought it would be ) The villa was very spacious and very rustic im sure cleaning is absolutely hard to keep spik and span and hard to keep hygienic especially with cracked wood furniture ,but the views are spectacular .Prices of the food and beverages are very pricey as they have got you and they charge a fee for room service with service charge ( sent by buggy) and you pour your own drinks so can not understand why the service charge on top of delivery .Pool was an infinity pool but was a shame the foliage when in the pool was blocking the view

Zannier Vietnam was perhaps one of the most amazing places we have ever stayed, mainly because the resort was so well thought out that we felt no need to leave. They considered every aspect of the stay from the room, the amenities, the hotel services and the food. The concept of the resort is to blend with the nature of the surroundings and offer a true viewpoint of Vietnam with in the style of modern luxury. Our room was filled with details that speak of an ancient Vietnam setting, with rugged wooden furniture, hanging baskets and ornaments. Our beach villa looked out directly onto the ocean with a sandy walk way leading to the beach in under a minute. The natural water pool is incredible and you get complete privacy when swimming. There is an outside shower which is a dream to use in the sun. There is an entrance from the outside shower to the luxurious bathroom where there is another shower, two sinks and a bath. The bedding is so soft and comfortable and has a beautiful netting that surrounds the bed to protect you from mosquitoes. In the morning you look out to the sea from your bed. If you want anything or want to go anywhere in the resort, you just call reception and they take you in a golf buggy to the restaurant or beachside bar. The most impressive thing for us was the food, because it could really go one way or another. All of the staff are local Vietnamese people who have a passion for the food, and they hire daily Vietnamese people to cook local dishes. One thing we will remember for ever is thr prawn pancakes which a local Vietnamese lady cooked, and the pork Banh Mi roll. They really do have a full offering for breakfast every morning, fresh fruit, pastries, western menu section, Vietnamese local pork stews, crispy pork with noodles and Fresh bread. Every morning they have an aperitif juice of the day and the coffee is really excellent. We recommend the coconut coffee. All of the other restaurants also offer amazing food but we recommend eating the Vietnamese food for the best experience. We had a next level spa treatment at Zannier which is worth every penny. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Zannier Bai San Ho is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It is absolutely gorgeous and the stylish design using natural colours and textures makes it feel upscale bohemian. The Vietnamese breakfast food was some of the best food I’ve eaten throughout my whole travels in Vietnam. We had a private 1 bedroom beach pool villa which has a private pool, outside shower, and direct walking access to their private beach. Amazing place!

You will experience a resort like no other. The quaintness of the accommodation, the amazing views from the infinity pool towards the white sandy beach and the South China Sea are memories that will stay for a lifetime. The staff are a delight and keen to help with all your needs. Having missed breakfast due to upset stomachs the staff contacted us to ensure we were OK and then proceeded to provide us with medication etc. While not extensive the food was delicious and plentiful. The small touches like a parasol to keep the sun of your face and burners to light when sitting on your balcony were lovely. The private beach and activities on offer were fantastic. If you want a treat while travelling you couldn't pick a better resort or resort hotel chain. with a strong eco philosophy.
