酒店是家族傳承，服務人員都非常nice，看出是發自內心的喜愛這份工作…好巧，遇上他們米其林晚宴，全程佈置震撼，從草坪酒會開始，到海上煙花秀，從現場小提琴莫奈畫，到終場全體熱舞狂歡🎉，整個氛圍場景宛如童話……完美詮釋意大利人對美好細節的不懈追求！推薦來南意的朋友，一定要來體驗一下

What a beautiful hotel and garden, neselted in the middle of Sorrento. We were walking distance to everything, but the gardens surrounding the hotel made it feel like we were away from the hustle. Everything was amazing, our room, the staff, our morning breakfast, and the restaurant. We throughly enjoyed or stay!

Excellent time as usual . This was our second visit to your hotel and we will definitely return next year. All the staff were perfect and the general attitude and breakfast was super. The room was very clean and the service was was great.

Hotel in great situation. Really nice walkway into hotel. Staff were all very good. The room had an english socket and had various usb charging points. The room had various english speaking channels to watch. The hotel has an exterior lift that takes you right down to the port where Ferries depart from. The turn down service/ housekeeping is excellent. They do not provide an iron and pressing charges are pretty expensive. The breakfast was the most disappointing. Looked like semi cooked scrambled eggs and well done fried eggs on the buffet. No egg station to order omelet or poached eggs or you were charged 15 euro extra. Vast range of cake. The breakfast staff could slow down as they hover over you while you are eating waiting to take your plate away. It became a game in the end. Over all a great hotel and its just a shame that breakfast is not a l carte from 7 am. .

Amazing place to stay in Sorrente. Hôtel staff is always nice, smiling and available. Deluxe suite with sea view was great. Having drinks on the terrace in front of Vesuvio was a great experience… and we really enjoy the stay.

From our arrival the staff was friendly and the service outstanding. The hotel is beautiful and they upgraded our room from a garden view to an ocean view. The hotel has a beautiful pool area and the spa is great as well. Be aware, it is expensive but we found it to be worth it. On the morning of check out (4:45 am) a bellman was standing outside our door waiting to take us down to the car they booked for us. It’s right in the center of Sorrento with great restaurants and shopping within 5-8 min walking.
