We booked a VIP package, this is a well known hotel in Alsace in a fantastic setting. The staff was rude, the room with jacuzzi had no privacy, the food is atrocious, even simple local dishes like choucroute. Wine was not great.

MAGNIFIQUE , super séjour, je recommande bien sur , le centre spa , les chambres ; le personnel au top !!ainsi que la piscine a 31 degré et le jacuzzi ..formidable, n'oublions pas la grotte de sel également ..

Un très beau établissement les personnes sont agréables et professionnelles la cambre et confortable de bonne taille avec tout les équipements nécessaires une belle salle de bain et surtout un grand calme malgré des travaux qui sont discrets imperceptible au niveau du bruit donc nuit génial un grand merci a la réceptionniste qui nous a accompagné pour sa gentillesse et sont sourie la partie restauration et vraiment agréable et tout très bon le tout dans la bonne humeur avec un très grand respect de la tradition. Un petit déjeuner gigantesques et agréable au calme ( même ma voiture à apprécier sont séjour dans sont box ) en bref un grand merci.

J'ai fêté mon anniversaire au sein de l'établissement est tout était parfait. Professionnalisme, disponibilité, gentillesse du personnel, repas délicieux, chambres, établissement .... aucunes fausses notes! Les étoiles et la renommée de l'établissement sont incontestables. Tout était réuni du début à la fin pour passer un weekend unique et merveilleux à 32 personnes.

Très bel établissement, bien situé et très bien tenu. Les chambres sont confortables. Personnel très sympathique, le restaurant est au top aussi. Malheureusement l espace détente était en travaux , mais je pense qu il réserve de belles surprises.

Superbe établissement ! Nous étions dans un chambre avec un jacuzzi privé sur la terrasse, c'était splendide ! Le cadre est verdoyant, on entend les oiseaux qui chantent dans la forêt et l'établissement est calme. La salle du restaurant et le bar sont joliment décorés, on s'y sent bien. Le repas en 5 plats du samedi soir est très (trop) copieux... c'est le seul hic de ce séjour 😅 C'était notre première fois, mais nous avons déjà hâte d'y retourner !

Chambre, SPA, restaurant rien à redire. Propreté Ok literie OK restaurant très bien avec des serveurs souriants en soirée et très agréables. Le seul bémol fut le lounge bar. Nous voulions une collation à 18 heures et impossible car ils étaient en repos en même temps. Très dommage. Le comble a été le serveur qui était très désagréable suite à une petite remarque que nous lui avons fait. Il a commencé à nous tutoyer et fut très incorrect. Pour un 4 étoiles le comportement des employés doit être irréprochable et ce n’a pas été le cas pour ce monsieur. Étant été dans un 4 étoiles à Evian il y a un mois de cela il y a tout de même des différences. Respect des clients IMPORTANT.

Expérience fabuleuse. Tout était parfait, excellent dîner, un personnel à l'écoute, on est pas serré nulle part, de l'espace au spa, une literie moelleuse, bref on se réjouit d'y retourner aprés les travaux de réfection.
