Nice ubication, structure is generally well kept, only problem is check in ends at 5 pm! I had to call, wait on line, get an email with form to fill in, wait for reply, then get a code and open a safe box with key... not acceptable!!!

The location is good. I have experiencing difficulty using the Internet - on n off constantly.
Staff are friendly n helpful.
Limited car parking.

It was a nice room, with full windows (the view was to railroad but still you had sun which made me happy)
Good choice for who want to stay there or work. The room was fully furnished so you could cook there.
We were only one night there, the staff let us to check in even sooner because we arrived few hours before the check in time. Just one thing which we did not like it at all, was about the bed mattress. Totally it was good choice.

The apartment was relatively clean except for some surface dust on items including bed side lamps.

We booked through Wotif, requests did not transfer through we were booked into a double bed rather than two singles as requested. When moving beds ourselves we discovered excessive dusty under the bed, rips in the blankets, strains on mattress toppers, etc.
We rang reception after hours to express concerns we were offered an upgrade to a 2-bedroom king suit at no additional cost which we were very happy and grateful for.
Staff were friendly, approachable and understanding.

My room was super outdated, the bed was shocking. You could feel where both mattresses joined together. They also where super lumpy. There was a smell of dew and moisture in the room. Was super uncomfortable.

This property was very clean. Booking and staff communication was excellent. Rooms were well presented and facilitates were well maintained.
Onsite car park was excellent easily accessible and was fantastic to have available when staying in Brisbane.
