We stay occasionally at the Quality in because of the proximity to the ski resort. This stay was exceptionally bad as - You get what you pay for! The tub did not have a stopper, the TV did not have a remote, the staff was super rude, the coffee machine was not refilled at 8am when everyone was getting ready to ski - this was for a good 30mins, the room was not clean when we got there - used soap in the shower and toilet paper around the room - YUCK!. Aytime we called the front desk for help, it was a rude, insulting conversation with a woman in the background giving prompts to the speaker (talk about micromanaging). I hope management reads this and can take some action to improve the service.
