This hotel really needs to get refurbish，room is not clean and smell not so good. Air condition is very loud and the bathroom door cannot be closed.

The place is ok. You get what you pay for. Only super downside was the fact that they only clean the room twice a week. So when they came my kids were still finishing brushing their teeth. I asked the lady if she could come back in 5 minutes and she said no. She was literally two doors down when we left!
The only upside of the hotel was the restaurant. It had good food for lunch. And the extremely kind guy at the breakfast. Wish I remember his name.

I came for Spring Break and the stay was superb! The price was good, the room was clean but the Staff’s customer service is what made the overall experience that much better! Will most definitely return next year!

Just one night but we love this place for a quick getaway. Clean and comfortable and the jacuzzi tub is a nice extra.

Everything was good clean room comfortable bed nice staff but the Jacuzzi never got hot in our room. Everytime I stay there's an issue w the jacuzzi in our room other than that it was fun.

Great location with a short walk to the beach. Close to everything you need. We were given a room that had a huge pink stain on the curtain and a ripped couch cushion. We planed to stay for several days so this was unacceptable. After asking for a different room, we were given one. This one was clean.
Compared to other hotels, the breakfast offerings were very minimal. Amazing that this hotel is still using Styrofoam cups in 2024.
Hot tub was cold.

We had an amazing stay at The Ramada, as usual. The staff was very friendly and informative offering good advice as to what was happening in the area. Heated pool is a plus and the restaurant food was very delicious as well as the continental breakfast. Sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job switching us out towels, linen, and any other thing we needed. As a family of four and a pet, this place is definitely the go to.
