Neither owner were there when arrived there were no signs open reaching the building , neither owner answer there phones could not enter the building when you pay you receive no refund ... even though I didn't even make into the building as owners both phones go to voicemail propper scam Avoid .

Good price for a room only, i didn't use the kitchen or the shower so can't comment on that, had a good night's sleep was very quiet

The property is very close to local transport. Any problems are dealt with fast. property clean and safe. There are some small shops and takeaways close by.

This was out first stop in South Shields and chose this Premier Inn due to its decent location with free car parking. We were informed in advance that there was no dining options. This was confirmed on arrival as we saw that beside the PI was a now closed eatery. Check in was ok, bedroom was clean but very tired. By the looks of it, Premier Inn might well be making this particular one redundant. A shame as there’s very little options in this area for affordable stop overs. It’s about a 10min cab ride into town

Very clean close to local amenities a really enjoyable stay already made plans for future stay. Surpassed expectations by quite a margin. You will not be disappointed

The property was not ready on time to make sure it was cleaned which it clearly was not.

Really bad comunications it took several attempts to get access details then to ge told they needed a deposit which i gave which took another several attempts to get details were to send deposit when eventually sorted had to wait a while again for access details again i am a buisness and probably book 600 hotels a year and this has been the worst ever for comunication ..and because we were a few mins late in handing back keys these people decided to keep our deposit never ever had this kind of trea**ent in all the hotels i have booked

Stayed here for 2 nights while working in the area. Found the place clean, warm, comfortable and very reasonably priced. Handy location for where I was working, so I’ll definitely be using them again 👍👍
