electricity problems, during winter there was no condition in a room :( also it was very different from photos

This hotel is not part of Star group of hotels it’s wrongly advertised as Hotel Star 17 .. this is OYO property they wanted money upfront , I was going to stay for 12 but checked out after 5 nights only and then I looked for another property in meantime and on last day they came to room for money for balance amount and I had not even checked out. This hotel has been given by Star hotels group which should be not be advertised in their group at all. Water was leaking in bathroom they never sorted it out. Sink was damaged, all the taps as u see in bathroom were all rusted. Had to ask for room to be cleaned otherwise never bothered to clean at all. This is more of 1 star OYO and also a knocking place for couples for nights stands. Horrible and unpleasant unprofessional behaviour and service. More of suitable for cheap one night place for couples. And also wedding guests who want cheap place. Coming from U.K. this is a terrible hotel. 😡😡😡😡

Nice hotel good staff very good nice place Pease full Front office staff very coprative food was very nice and aera is very picefull and lots of greenery in morning you walk on street very nice weather
