I am a big admirer of Olsen art. The restaurant was good. My room was very dusty, I told the manager. The TV was working on and off!
I will never stay there again.

Neat and functional hotel room with all amenities. The art decor is very pleasant. I felt very safe moving around the hotel when travelling alone

We have been staying in this hotel so many times and we couldn’t not notice how deteriorated hotel is now. Cracked sinks, and furniture need refurbishing asap.
Also in our stay someone hit our car at the parking, if someone could contact us regarding this that would be great.

The hotel sit at convenient location where shop stores and restaurants around. Room is clean and art displays show professional everywhere. However, parking is not easy as limited parking sport in two levels of parking garage.

First time staying at The Olsen and will certainly be back myself and my kids enjoyed every part of the experiance and have refered to my friends and family.

I would stay and recommend this location again! It is far better than staying in the CBD, with lots of dining and shopping options nearby. Just across the road there is the Beverly rooftop for a fine dinging and special occassion dress code for a special celebration. Great connection by train to Brighton and St Kilda by tram. The hotel itself was quiet for us, which was perfect. The small gym was great and we enjoyed the pool too. Overall incredible value and far better than a stay in the city is my opininon. Cheers,

I was not impressed with this stay. I stay at the Olson often. However , this stay was very disappointing. The staff were rude. We requested a roller bed which comes at a cost. However, the staff did not even assemble it. The room needed vacuuming. The person that brought the vacuums cleaner just stood there while I did
