Clean and comfortable.
Especially, receptionists are kind and helpful. My cruise luggage tags can be printed efficiently! Love and highly recommended this hotel.

Hotel recently purchased new key cards, they constantly stopped working. You’d have to wait in line at reception for them to rekey them. Not once during the entire trip was I asked for an identification to get a new key or rekey or even check in. Big safety concern. — Hotel also doesn’t have A/C but that is my fault for not looking on their website.

Hotel located near Southampton central station & town centre. Very clean & bright hotel. Staff were friendly & helpful with our enquiries. Beds are comfortable, I had a good nights sleep felt refreshed & well rested. Breakfast is good value plus kids eat for free.
