Tidy, normal facilities
Good service
The location is bit far from the transportation and the beach
But there are many restaurant and markets around

Convenient location close to Gold Coast China Town and Australian Fair Central. Room is very clean, great service. Definitely recommended.

The picture does not match the reality, the picture looks like the hotel is very high, is able to see the sea or the city, but in fact the highest only 7 floors.
The most important thing is that at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, was called up by the fire alarm, panicked and ran downstairs, and finally the hotel checked and found that there was no problem, the hotel did not have any compensation, not even an apology! Worst without one.

Wifi is very slow. Just half of the glass in the shower that made the bathroom very wet. Otherwise good location.

Staff were friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. Convenient for our purposes. Delicious breakfast. This is our second stay here and would happily stay again.

Only issue was car park. Site advised there was car parking on site however didn’t say it was $10 per night and needed to be booked extra.
