Ottimo per un week-end in total relax.

The reception staff and the bar staff are very friendly and helpful. Tried organising shuttle service to/from airport form the email on the website. It took them 8 days to respond. In the meantime, I spoke with Nicoletta in the reception. She was very efficient in organising. Sofia in the reception talked us through the experiences available and organised them quickly. As we are vegetarians, the bar staff organised meals for us based on our request that were not on the menu.

Negative: The entire hotel smells of sulfur due to the thermal pools. If you are sensitive to smells do not come here! It is overwhelming and very strong. Stinks like rotten eggs. The food is extremely bland and lacking variety. The dinner menu is almost identical each night with a few pasta options, one fish option, and only one meat option. Food is flavorless. I’ve had much better Italian food at home. Breakfast was better, but overall I was disappointed with the quality and taste of the food. The hotel also has 3 other restaurants that you can pay for but we didn’t bother trying them since we didn’t care for the buffet food and thought we would be equally disappointed. They will only give you one beach towel for your entire stay, if you want a new one you have to pay $5. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach and once you get there you can’t sit in the first 2 rows of beach chairs unless you pay around $20 extra, (even if you’re a hotel guest!). The service in the restaurant is slow. Waiters are difficult to track down and slow to clear plates. In the morning, the birds would sit at the empty tables and eat off the plates with leftover food. The hotel also claims to have live music in the evenings but there was none. Positive: The hotel is newly renovated and looks very clean and modern. Rooms are spacious and have air conditioning. Beautiful views. Nice beach. Overall I would not recommend this hotel due to the horrible smell and the low quality food. I also didn’t appreciate the overall sense that they were trying to rip you off by making you pay extra for towels and beach chairs. Seems pointless when you are already paying so much to stay at a “5 star” hotel. I think you would have better luck elsewhere.

Sofia and Nicoletta on reception always helpful and smiling. I even got a hug on departure. such a treat. Luca and Giuseppe in the bar were always laughing and welcoming. Nothing too much for them to make you feel welcome. The food was exceptionally varied, changed every night, and of a really high quality. We would definitely recommend this as a relaxing resort, and May is a great time to go as the hotel was not too crowded

Large resort in open country on south coast of Sicily midway between Agrigento and Seliunte. We were upgraded to a very comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the sea. The breakfast is good, and there is a very nice restaurant in a separate building. There are good facilities including a large pool, and another heated indoor pool with sulphur spring water. The public spaces including a large bar are attractive. There is a large car park.A good choice for a family holiday and visiting the sights of Agrigento and Seliunte.

I visited the hotel for 10 days in April 2024 and had a lovely stay. The rooms were nice and the views exceptional. The service was excellent, especially from the little barman Josef and the team at the bar who were very skillful, working day and night to make quality drinks. I highly recommend!

Marilena was great with helping us out at the lobby bar, Sophie at the front desk was also soo sweet we really enjoyed being here and hope to come back soon

Booked an appointment for the spa with a woman(the worker asks man or woman prior) came the next day and they said sorry but the rules have changed it's now man man woman woman doesn't matter your preference. Ruined my entire day waiting around to go get a massage at the spa for an hour and then use the facilities for another 2 hours no call from them or anything to say they changed the rules ridiculously. There is no air conditioning. They said either the whole hotel gets ac or heat(its 70 degrees) they went heat. All in all horrible experience.

Fabulous location! Breath-taking views and wonderful staff : Giuseppe (direttore di sala), Michele (sala), Antonietta e Christine (reception) e Sofia (experience). Strongly recommended, just watch out for the price of bottled water (€5 a bottle!) We only found out on the last day that there was a water fountain by the pool and on the beach, but that’s not clearly advertised! All in all, we had a lovely stay!
