Spa Hotels in Montreal

I stayed at the William Gray for three nights and had a wonderful experience. Upon check‑in, I was upgraded to a beautiful suite on the 6th floor with a great view—a lovely surprise that I truly appreciated. What really made my stay exceptional, however, was the service. Mr. Vincent, the concierge, is absolutely amazing. I needed to order an item from the USA online, and he not only helped me with the process but also managed to convince the supplier to speed up the shipping. What should have taken six days arrived in just two. I was so impressed by his dedication and helpfulness. The hotel itself is fantastic, but it’s the staff—especially Mr. Vincent—who make it a five‑star experience. I highly recommend the William Gray to anyone visiting Montreal.

Jakie piękne miejsce do pobytu. Staff byli naprawdę przyjazne i pomocne. Pokój był wyjątkowy i standardowy, jaki można oczekiwać. Skarb był bardzo pomocny i jedzenie było naprawdę świetnym standardem, poza tym, czego się spodziewaliśmy. Łatwa opuszczenie wszystkich naszych bagażów w hotelu przed naszym lotem uczyniła taką różnicę do naszego dnia. Na pewno wróci, gdy w przyszłym roku.

街の中心にありとても便利だった。via Canadaの駅も歩いてすぐだった。部屋もおしゃれな感じだった。朝食がとてもおいしかった。

Centrally located but a bit expensive. Everything is to be paid by yourself. Paid parking, paid breakfast. The parking lot is 10 stories down. If all are full then you must drive to number 10 floor down the ground. Overall it’s not with the money. Over $350CAD for one night. Not worth at all.

My sister and I just finished visiting my son in Toronto and we decided to visit Montreal. We booked 2 rooms. We had a terrible experience at Royal York Fairmont . We got kicked out from the lobby lounge by Karen over there for voicing our concern for the service being slow. For we had absolutely low expectations for QE. When we checked in there were 3 staff at the counter. 2 of them were engaged in their friendly conversation and one of them stepped up to help us. I thought that was totally unprofessional for the staff chatting among themselves in front of guests. Rooms are basic and clean. The location is central. The staff has showed no warmth and attention. In Asia a hotel of this level will greet u warmly and the better one will remember your name. Services at restaurants in Montreal are top notch. We visited some with long history and the staff took pride to explain to us the history. It is a shame Fairmont has some of best historic buildings in Canada and the staff showed no interest to highlight the history of the buildings. I travelled a lot for me to earn a diamond member here. I will avoid staying at Fairmont and any of their member hotels from now on.

In town for a JFL show. Location was very convenient and the rom was immaculate. Resto on ground floor is very nice for a convenient meal of quick snack after travel and check-in. Staff are very pleasant and professional and were quick to accomodate our request for a room with a bathtub. My wife likes to soak after the travel part.. had a pleasant special effects surprise at bedtime when the streetlights below penetrated above the curtain/drape rod and produced a bit of a light show on the ceiling. Not enough to interfere with sleep and just right as a night light for the mid night trips to the washroom. All in all very nice hotel in a very convenient downtown location at a reasonable price

Excellent hotel in great location. Welcoming staff . Spacious well appointed room with views over Place des Artes square , which has a great vibe with many street stalls selling artisan goods . Basement food hall offers wide range of food choices for families with first class shopping mall above . Overnight parking can be accessed directly from hotel and is reasonably priced although do note where you parked on arrival ! A short walk to the underground to access everything Montreal has to offer . Highly recommend this hotel .

Great Recovery by Management – Excellent Location!” Our stay started off on the wrong foot due to a few issues with our initial room. However, I was very impressed with how management handled the situation. They were quick to respond and offered us an upgraded room for our second night, which completely turned our experience around. The hotel is in a fantastic location—walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Thanks to the excellent service recovery, we left with a positive impression and would consider staying here again.

This hotel is a little gem in a super area of downtown Montreal. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable, with high-quality sheets and a good selection of comfortable pillows. A kitchenette made it very easy to pick up salads or snacks to refrigerate or reheat leftovers from a restaurant the night before. Breakfast is included and there’s a good selection of fruit, boiled eggs, smoked salmon, deli meats and yogurt. Cereals as well. While there were scrambled eggs, I tried them twice but not cooked to my taste. Having said that, there were fresh pastries and bagels, so a bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon with some fruit served very well. This hotel is very walkable to Notre Dame, Place des Arts and several theatres and museums. Lots of great restaurants to suit anyone’s tastes. The subway is literally a 3-minute walk and in 10 minutes, you can be at the Jean Talon Market, which has a plethora of foods and drinks to suit anyone’s taste palate. I’d highly recommend Hotel and Spa Carre St. Denis and will definitely be back next time I visit Montreal.

Absolutely loved this hotel, in a great location close to the metro, they gave me an upgraded room. Will absolutely stay here again. The front desk staff were more than helpful!
