Spa Hotels in Wuxi

Had a surprisingly excellent stay! The hotel is in the valley surrounded by bamboo forests with ponds and streams, really enjoyed hiking and exploring around. The room had fancy amenities, very comfortable bed. Had a great dinner at the Italian restaurant, highly recommend the hand made pasta with porcini. The afternoon tea set in the other restaurant was also really nice also. Will definitely come back again with the kids for a longer stay.

Due to holiday season couldn’t get the deluxe room so tried this executive double room, room is very big and hotel gave free mooncake to eat. First night there is water droplets noise in the room 2007 and complain to hotel staff and they came in check and immediately changed room for me, they use a robot to send the keys up so I don’t need to go down and could just return the key the next day. Only downside is the breakfast, everyday I eat the same thing and get bored easily. The bathroom also needs more hook to hang clothes, there is only 1 hook in that big bathroom.

The hotel has an incredible breakfast selection. The rooms are beautiful and well maintained. The swimming pool is a wonderful addition and the fitness centre has great equipment. Definitely our preferred choice if we are going to stay in Wuxi again.

Jednak to, co naprawdę mnie poruszyło, to wszechobecne ciepło i gościnność. Jeśli chodzi o obsługę, subtelne akcenty są widoczne w każdym detalu: Od momentu, gdy konsjerż pobiegł na parking, aby odebrać mój bagaż z parasolem, poczułem się „szanowany”. Podczas zameldowania personel cierpliwie wyjaśnił mi rozkład hotelu, a nawet proaktywnie przypomniał: „Jutro będzie zimniej, pamiętaj, żeby założyć kurtkę po kąpieli w gorących źródłach”. Kamerdyner, Xiao Wei, dawał mi kilka ciepłych przypomnień, a nawet załatwił termometr dla mojego przeziębionego dziecka. Niezależnie od tego, czy była to przyjazna obsługa w restauracji, personel dyskretnie podający ciepłą wodę w strefie gorących źródeł, czy nawet ciocia, którą spotkałem na ulicy, wszyscy przerywali swoje zajęcia, by się uśmiechnąć i skinąć głową na powitanie. Po prysznicu, kiedy próbowałem wziąć ręcznik z wieszaka, krzyknąłem na niego: „Nie bierz!”. Następnie wziął go z magazynu; później zrozumiałem, że chciał zmniejszyć swoje obciążenie pracą. To naprawdę nie pasowało do ogólnej atmosfery. Śniadanie było bardzo obfite, a gorących źródeł było wiele. Obsługa przy basenie energicznie spacerowała i biegała. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, było fantastycznie! Hotel z gorącymi źródłami, idealny na team building, spotkania roczne, konferencje i wakacje. Przypomnienie: Jeśli tu przyjedziesz, zwolnij tempo i delektuj się tym doświadczeniem. Krajobrazy są tu piękne, ale jeszcze piękniejsi są ludzie, którzy wnoszą ciepło do tego miejsca. Używają najzwyklejszej życzliwości, aby urzeczywistnić powiedzenie „czuj się jak w domu”.

The hotel was accessible with great views. The breakfast was not bad but there was a limited variety of choices. The hotel staff provided really good service and made it a pleasant stay.

From the moment I arrived, the level of hospitality was outstanding. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. A special mention goes to Hotel Manager Mike, whose dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Mike went above and beyond to make sure my experience was seamless and enjoyable — from offering local recommendations to checking in personally to ensure I was comfortable. His professionalism and genuine care for guests are what make this hotel shine. The hotel itself is well designed, with spacious rooms that are very comfortable. The facilities, including the fitness center and indoor pool, were immaculate and well-maintained. I also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet — a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options that catered to both Western and Asian tastes.

It is almost the best hotel option in Jiangyin and its room is very spacious, good to stay there.

The Jiangyin International Hotel is a fantastic place to stay, offering a wide range of delicious food and incredibly helpful staff at the reception. My friends and I chose to celebrate my friend's birthday here, and the hotel surprised us with a birthday cake, greeting cards, and a beautifully decorated bed. We were truly grateful for the complimentary treats and excellent service we received during our stay. The room was clean and stocked with toiletries. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when I return to Jiangyin.

Visiting Jiangyin, the city I once called home. The hotel is pretty great, and time be honest quite price friendly. The breakfast is hand down one of the best ever with its variety. Very Close to Phoenix park, and my beloved Bridge Coffee
