非常舒服的一次商旅出行。 酒店十分的乾淨且新，因為是2024年建的，也是我們第1次。入住萊州的這家酒店有早餐。房間大，明亮，通風，並且是地暖，很舒服，不像空調特別的乾冷。而且一層的話很有藝術氣息。同時還有機器人送貨上樓，刷卡入户。安全性拉滿。服務更是沒話説，早餐的種類也很豐富。滿分，5星好評。

這趟入住是一場被温柔包裹的美好旅程，每一處細節都藏着恰到好處的暖意。 酒店經理待人熱忱又貼心，從入住到離店始終笑意盈盈，耐心解答每一個疑問，讓人剛踏入酒店就卸下了旅途的疲憊，滿是安心與踏實。客房的工作人員温柔又細心，不僅主動幫忙把快遞送上樓，面對我一次次的小需求，也始終不厭其煩地耐心滿足，輕聲細語間滿是真誠，沒有絲毫敷衍。 退房時還收到了酒店精心準備的伴手禮，小小的一份心意，卻讓這份温暖延續到了旅程之外。 沒有刻意的客套，衹有發自內心的真誠照料，這樣有温度、有煙火氣的入住體驗，實在讓人念念不忘，下次再來，依舊會選擇這裏，奔赴這份獨有的温柔。而且酒店位置好，出門就是美麗的大海，安靜祥和。感謝你們的服務，下次還會入住這裏。

✨ THE HIGHS: 1. That View Though! — WOW. Floor-to-ceiling windows serving utterly unobstructed, Instagram-worthy vistas of the ocean. Waking up to the sunrise and winding down with the sunset? Absolutely priceless. 2. Plush and Tech-Savvy Room — The king bed was cloud-like—firm yet cozy. Blackout curtains, a slick Bluetooth speaker, and a well-stocked minibar made the stay extra comfortable. It’s clear they didn’t cut corners on in-room amenities. 3. Front-Desk service — Cici ! Shoutout to Cici at reception—what a gem! She was not only polite and efficient but went above and beyond to make sure my room preferences were met pronto. Now that’s what I call five-star service! 4. Anna’s Next-Level Attentiveness Big thanks to Anna from housekeeping. She promptly brought up bottled water, and when she realized I needed a disposable tub bag for the bath, she dashed back to fetch one. Now that’s going the extra mile! ⚠️ THE OOPS MOMENT: · Bathroom Blunder Alright, here’s the not-so-great part: the bathtub had a looong strand of hair (clearly from the previous guest). Yeah, not the end of the world, but for a hotel of this caliber? That’s a basic miss. 🎯 FINAL VERDICT: Stunning room, killer views, and staff like Cici and Anna who truly get hospitality right. But Marriott—y’all gotta tighten up the cleaning checks. If you do, this place would be nothing short of perfection. Still, would I recommend it? For that epic ocean view and standout service? Absolutely. Just maybe give the tub a quick rinse first.

這次選擇酒店果然沒有讓人失望，大堂副理晶晶小姐姐服務太好了，熱情專業，妥善幫忙解決了入住過程中的一點小問題，房間衞生做的很好，細節處盡顯用心，讓人住的安心舒服，酒店地上地下都有停車位，停車方便也是免費的，甚至院裏還有充電樁，實在太方便了！大堂裝修也很上檔次，對應這個價位，簡直是最優選，強烈推薦！！

The theme of our family’s year-end trip was, as always, a STAYCATION: enjoying a hotel with great amenities where we could eat well, rest well, and have fun. Our pick this time was Aloft Yantai. Of course, we achieved 100% of our travel goals. We ate well, rested comfortably, and had an incredibly enjoyable time. We were on cloud nine during our stay at Aloft Yantai! What made this trip even more meaningful than just accomplishing our travel goals was meeting a great friend—Eva Tong, the best hotelier at Westin&Aloft Yantai! With her positive energy, she leads the surrounding staff and provides the best service to customers. Eva is truly a born-to-be hotelier. Her thoughtful care for customers turned Westin&Aloft Yantai into a hotel with 100% loyalty from four of its guests. We will definitely visit as often as we can in the future and will work on effective viral marketing for Westin&Aloft Yantai. A very nice stay! Strongly recommended. The staff at front desk as well as the breakfast buffet are all super friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Lingling who let us check out late and gave us a Westin branded stuffed toy as souvenir. We will definitely visit the hotel again.

Had a great stay……….this hotel is perfect for a relaxing stay. You can make use of the excellent facilities and enjoy the excellent service from the staff who are very accommodating. Great place for a getaway romantic or otherwise.

In January we only two guests in whole hotel. Their biggest suites with panoramic sea view is very impressive. Little bit not enough cleannese.
