My stay at El Nido Resorts Lagen Island was nothing short of extraordinary. The staff's warmth and genuine hospitality were exceptional; they always wore smiles and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. From assisting with ferry bookings to surprising me on my birthday with a beautifully decorated bed and a delightful cake, their thoughtfulness was truly heartwarming. Special thanks to Carell, Jojo, Harnie, John, and Arvin for their outstanding support. The resort's happy vibe upon arrival sets the tone, and you leave with a smile, longing for more. The complimentary tours, seamlessly integrated into the package, were made exceptional by the supportive guides, creating a private and well-timed experience. Opting for the overwater bungalow was a unique and enchanting experience, adding to the paradise that is El Nido Lagen Island. The buffet-style meals offered three times a day were a culinary delight. I wholeheartedly recommend El Nido Resorts Lagen Island for an unforgettable and highly recommended getaway. The hosts are the friendliest people alive. They were so kind and helpful so I felt so comfortable. The room was great and big. It has an air conditioner and a small fan inside your box. Your capsule has a curtain made of wood and it was so cool. They provide a small breakfast since 7.30 am. It usually bananas, buns and peanut butter. On the first floor they have a cafe and you get a 15% discount if you're a guest of a hostel.

My husband and I celebrated our second year anniversary at Cauayan. We considered other resorts but we have definitely made the right choice. The island is just breathtaking! We were greeted with a warm welcome by the hotel staff and were escorted to our beautiful villa. My husband arranged a private tour of El Nido islands, where we ended up visiting about 7 spots with our guide even acting as our photographer (he took fantastic photos and videos too). In terms of food, the buffet breakfast offered a wide array of food selection. For lunch / dinner, we enjoyed all that we ordered (though some are really very spicy, so take note). The bar staff can concoct amazing drinks as per your mood & whim. I particularly enjoyed the spa and wished I booked a much longer massage. Our stay at the island became so much more meaningful when we witnessed hawksbill sea turtles being released to the ocean….As amazing as all these are, the best part of our stay in Cauayan is the friendly and customer focused staff. They prioritize the customers’ needs, always have a smile on their faces and have just made our stay in El Nido a memorable one. Świetne wrażenia z pobytu! Hotel oferuje piękne widoki na morze, a nad morzem znajduje się wiele specjalistycznych restauracji. Otoczenie hotelu jest bardzo dobre, personel jest przyjazny, a śniadanie w formie bufetu jest bogate w różnorodność. Hotel znajduje się 5–10 minut jazdy od lotniska i zapewnia bezpłatną przechowalnię bagażu, odbiór z lotniska oraz inne usługi. Obsługa klienta Ctrip aktywnie komunikowała się i koordynowała podczas procesu rezerwacji, jestem bardzo zadowolony z obsługi!

We had an amazing stay at Lihim Resort and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The accommodation was excellent – very comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained. The food at the restaurant was outstanding every time, fresh and delicious, and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. A special mention goes to Nicky, who was always incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, making us feel truly at home. The butlers were also amazing – professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, Lihim Resort exceeded our expectations, and we were extremely satisfied with both the service and the atmosphere. We would gladly come back and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay.

Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, bardzo nam się podobało. Zasypiając, słyszeliśmy szum fal z namiotu, a plaża była przepiękna. Klimatyzacja w namiocie działała bez zarzutu. Siłownia jest fantastyczna, a goście glampingu mają do dyspozycji basen z barem. Wspólna łazienka nie była tak uciążliwa, jak się spodziewaliśmy, ponieważ tylko 3 namioty dzielą łazienkę, ale w niektórych prysznicach w ogóle nie było ciepłej wody. Łazienki mogłyby zostać odnowione, ponieważ niektóre wydawały się niedokończone (sufit, ściany, zamki). Przydałyby się czyste kubki i codzienne uzupełnianie kawy/herbaty.

Położony na północ od głównego miasta i plaży, z której odpływa łódź. Bezpłatny całodobowy transfer tuk-tukiem, ale spacer zajmuje tylko około 15 minut. Personel był bardzo przyjazny i pomocny. Pokój był ładny, a klimatyzacja działała dobrze. Łóżko i poduszki były trochę twarde, ale dość wygodne. Śniadanie wliczone w cenę jest dobre. Ośrodek jest podzielony na 3 części: Cadlao 1, 2 i 3. Część 1 znajduje się przy wejściu, część 2 jest obok, a część 3 jest najdalej (ale nadal tylko kilka minut spacerem). Część 3 jest również najbardziej ustronna, co może sprawić, że będzie tam nieco ciszej. Agencja turystyczna J Benito znajduje się naprzeciwko wejścia, jeśli chcesz zarezerwować wycieczkę.

Obiekt jest mały i choć nie leży bezpośrednio przy plaży, to znajduje się zaledwie kilka bungalowów na plaży. Plaża nie nadaje się do pływania, jest trochę błotnista podczas odpływu. Personel był dość przyjazny, ale toaleta nadal ma problemy ze spłukiwaniem, więc zakładam, że albo szambo nie było czyszczone od dłuższego czasu, albo jest problem z hydrauliką. Tak czy inaczej, rozwiązaliśmy problem, wlewając odpowiednią ilość wody do plastikowego kosza na śmieci i używaliśmy go do spłukiwania po dużym naczyniu. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, nie jest to przyjemne, biorąc pod uwagę, że pobyt na dwie noce był utrudniony, a kierownictwo nic z tym nie zrobiło (jak wspomniano we wcześniejszej recenzji). Bar zatłoczony plażą nie zachęca, nic dziwnego, że wszyscy goście idą do sąsiedniego baru na drinki w ramach happy hour! Zasugeruj usunięcie basenu i zrobienie ładnego baru, aby goście mogli podziwiać zachód słońca z doskonałym barmanem i niesamowitą obsługą, wtedy będziesz o wiele lepszy. Właściciel i menedżer powinien codziennie tam siedzieć i rozmawiać z gośćmi, aby dowiedzieć się, dlaczego goście tam nie siedzą i rozwiązać problem, a nie robić z tego fizyki kwantowej. Zespół obsługi śniadań i baru przy basenie ogrodowym wykonują świetną robotę.

From the moment we left the port, our Matinloc experience already felt special. The boat ride was smooth, and the boatmen immediately assisted us with our luggage. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Jam from FO/Reservations, who gave us a friendly tour and clear briefing. Even before the trip, Reservations Manager Ms. Jeannette had already been very responsive to my emails, making the planning stress-free. Our VIP villa, perched on a cliff, offered an astounding view that raised the standard of our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the generous souvenirs and hygiene kits provided. The staff were consistently attentive and polite special thanks to FO Supervisor Ms. Jhona and their Korean General Manager for adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highlights of our stay included the refreshing fresh fruit shakes, fun water activities, the amazing walking path lined with century-old trees, and of course, the delicious food (their pizza was a standout). The WiFi was surprisingly fast..even powered by Starlink at the port. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of staff recommending where to get beers in town since they don’t sell alcohol on-site. Matinloc truly combines paradise-like views with genuine hospitality. Maraming salamat to the whole team for making this my best El Nido stay so far.. I would gladly return a hundred times over.

all'arrivo ero un po sorpeso per la strada un po isolata ma appena arrivato ho trovato un posto speciale ...bellissimo accogliente la propietaria cordiale premurosa ci ha aiutato in tutto poi noleggia scuter che ci hanno permesso di girare spiaggie ecc. acqua calda srmpre aria condiz okk tv satrllite ...piscina insomma un sogno . sicuramente tornero.
