The room faced the marina & the snow capped mountains which was beautiful. The room itself was nice except for the dirty, tattered curtains. The hotel had a 24hr laundry room which helped alot. Housekeeping ladies were nice as can be.

They have updated, the room was very clean. Full coffee service in room. Food was great. People were friendly.

The service was wonderful, staff very helpful and prompt. The room was very clean, bathroom very clean, plenty of towels. The water pressure not as strong as at home, but it does its job. Had dinner and breakfast at the regula restaurant. for was delicious and the price very reasonable.

Good old Western Village. We have stayed several times and the experience is always excellent. I am not going to say anymore. Get yourself a room and see for yourself.
We will be back for sure.

We were in a pickle because there was a wintern storm coming we got an extra night and they extended our stay as well! We love staying there! We always look forward to our stay!

Rooms are a little shabby but convenient to ****** and walking the lake is always nice.
Staff was always helpful and we had a fabulous dinner at the Western Village restaurant.

I left my computer in the room and they called the same day and verified where to send it at no charge! I received the same day I returned well packaged. Wonderful service. Thank you!
