My recent stay at Bell Residence surpassed all expectations. The staff's hospitality was exceptional, the accommodations luxurury and cleanliness. Location 5/5 Staff 5/5 Highly recommend for an unforgettable stay in Split, Croatia.

I stayed at the Bel Residence with my family and from the moment we arrived until departure, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. First of all, staff was very friendly, especially Ana who helped us with all of our requests, making our stay very comfortable. Rooms were spotless, spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities. The general cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Also, hotel is situated very close to center, providing easy access to all important attractions. 10/10

Absolutely disgusting hotel, dirty; rude staff , stains all over the room , told staff and didn’t want to help, left holiday early as was that bad AVOID really can’t get over how bad this hotel was, read quite a few bad reviews and thought it couldn’t be that bad but it really is, avoid!

A wonderful hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was incredible. The staff deserve 5 stars. The beds are extremely comfortable, the pool was perfect. We are especially grateful for the kindness and care that we received from the staff!!!

We came into Spilt from a ship in a bad situation. We were immediately given way more than a room. The entire staff has gone above and beyond, very kind ! The hotel is clean , comfortable and beautiful.

Very nice small hotel with modern and clean rooms and kind personal. The bedroom is very comfortable. Parking place in the front of the hotel. Peaceful area only 3 minutes from the city center. Coffee machine in the lobby and outside terrace.

the accommodation met all expectations. New building, nice room interior, modern room, air-conditioned room, friendly staff. the hotel does not have a formal breakfast, but in the morning the hotel brings warm fresh croissants, sweet and salty, there is a free coffee machine and hot chocolate, they have free tea to make. parking under video surveillance. A small pool with a private atmosphere that we did not use. The receptionist Ana is very approachable and nice. The price-quality ratio is great. I recommend going there, it was cheaper to call the hotel directly than through Booking.

Excellent service. The place is very clean with everything you need for your stay. Ana welcomed us upon arrival, she was very kind and smiling. We didn't have breakfast included, but in the morning we were offered with warm croissants and delicious coffee, and that was coplimentary. Also, we had free parking. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and come back here again.

We stayed here due to close proximity to ferry to Hvar, free parking, and nice reviews. Comfy beds, clean room and bathroom, quiet area next to hospital. We heard a couple of hospital helicopters but noise didn’t last long. Very friendly reception staff. Breakfast is coffee and delicious fresh croissants. Pool looked clean but didn’t have time to use it. Walk to Old Town is about only 10 minutes. I would recommend staying here.
