Hotel przy plaży. Czyste pokoje. Dostęp do strefy spa z sauną i basenem. Ładny widok z balkonu od strony morza. Budowa tuż przy balkonie, ale nie wpłynęło to na dobre ogólne wrażenie. Śniadania urozmaicone - pieczywo, jajka, kiełbasa, sery, szynki. Prawdą jest, że jest tam dobra kawa :) jak ktoś pisał. Miła obsługa.
Poza tym plaża fajna, kamienista jak wszędzie. Wynajęcie leżaka jednego to ok. 60- 100Kun. Auto na 1 dzień z hotelu ok. 75 euro podstawowa opcja.
Dosyć blisko do Splitu. Transfer z lotniska do hotelu 35 euro, ok. 250 kun. Natomiast z hotelu do Splitu około 40 minut spacerem albo 30-40Kun taksówką. Jeździ także autobus spod hotelu.
Co do jedzenia poza hotelem to nie ma zbyt wielu restauracji poza tymi na plaży. Jest w okolicy duży sklep spożywczy i drogeria.

Big rooms and friendly, nice staff. But full price for hotel that is under renovation nad doesn’t actually offer everything it states. Also infront of the hotel there is a building site and the machines start at 7AM.

Hotel facilities were good. Nice room. Breakfast was good. The road to the hotel from the west was blocked due to a large beach construction project (boardwalk?). So taxi will drop you a few hundred yards from the hotel because they can't get any closer. You will need to walk with all your bags the last stretch to the hotel. The sidewalk is ok. Road to the east is open, you need to tell your taxi/uber driver to come in from the other direction (from the east) to drop you right at the hotel. Uber's GPS apps don't show the blocked road, so you need to advise your drivers. Also that construction project extends to the beach in front of the hotel. So you can't walk directly from the hotel to the beach due to construction fencing. It might be nice when all the construction is done.

Excellent value for money for the high standard of hotel. Good location for beach, the hotel facilities were faultless. Room was large, modern and clean. Staff were so kind and helpful. I will definitely recommend.

Fanat offers great spacious rooms and very helpful stuff. The restaurant offers a fresh pasta scampi with truffle sauce - loved it! Double thumbs up for the restaurant chefs and service crew. Special thanks to Dina and the Fanat crew in helping me make a celebration of ours a memorable one - hats off to the Fanat family!

Hotel Fanat was fantastic! The hotel is actually way better than the pictures, it has recently been updated so it has a very modern boutique feel to the place.
It is located opposite a public beach which was nice to lie on some beach towels provided by the hotel. They are really small stones so not hard on your back at all.
The food here is exceptional - I have to mention the beefsteak and truffle pasta which was absolutely divine!
The staff are so lovely, welcoming and friendly - they were all amazing. We asked the manager where we could get the lovely little fig snacks that were in the rooms as we wanted to bring some back, he was so generous he just gave us two boxes to take home!
The location is only a 15 minute cab ride into the centre of Split, Ubers cost around 6 euro each way. There is a little supermarket next to the hotel which is handy for things like water and snacks etc.
They upgraded us to a suite when we got there which was amazing! It had two massive beds with two bathrooms which had lovely Rituals shampoo, conditioner and moisturiser.
Overall a brilliant hotel and very fairly priced. Highly reccomend!

Rooms are VERY nice. The upgrade is very nice.
Around the area is good as well (only 8euro Uber ride to old town), grocery next door.

Well maintained and very clean property. Staff has been very cooperative. Located near to the beach. Excellent breakfast with lots of varieties for veg and non-veg. Rooms are well sized. Located in a safe area. We have been told that swimming Pool has not working since months, but still being advertised on the website, so its bit of let down. Restaurant is of ok quality for the price and very limited options for vegeterians, but thats just a minor factor.
