The apartment is in a superb location, right next to all the attraction. Very convenient. The owner is also very kind and helpful.

Ideally sited. Close to everything. 5 mins walk to the port and bus station (if that) and right next to the old walled town. Room was clean, well decorated and had everything we needed included our own balcony with view over the port. Toni was awesome. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us some great tips for local restaurants. Overall, great value for money and certainly far better than I expected.

This was a great hotel with an excellent location. We were close to the ferry terminals, the main square and the green market. In the evening there was nice live music less than 2 minutes away. Our room had a nice view of the waterfront with an amazing sunset.

We had a very good start to our Croatian holidays with a pre arranged transfer from the airport through our host Toni and he picked us up at the taxi and guided us to the room with help to carry the bags up to the 4th floor. The unit is nice and cosy with a nice little balcony, overlooking the Market and the silver gate to the old city. We enjoyed the central location, the quietness and the hospitality. I missed a few little things, like a proper coffee machine, instead just a kettle and a little milk in the fridge for the first coffee or tea. A extra towel hook near the shower and maybe a small shelf in the shower to put down the shampoo. Be prepared to climb up the 4 floors. Special thanks to Toni

Very nicely located!
The service was excellent.
We had the seaview room with the balcony.
The room is generally quiet without street noise but I could hear the air conditioning from the building opposite. Not very loud but as I am very sensitive to noise, it did bother me a bit, I suppose, however, you will have some kind of noise in most place in the old town of Split.
Breakfast is being served 100m away in the Luxor Cafe, excellent place with excellent location.
This is a very small hotel, on the fourth floor of the building, 5 rooms. They help with the luggage but still not suitable if stairs are a problem for you.

Very helpful. They arranged transportation from the airport and had a bottle of sparing wine in our room for us. Love the convenience to the Silver gate and waterfront.
