We needed to fly out super early in the morning. This hotel was so convenient! It is close to the airport and there is also a shuttle you can take that leaves every 10mins. They had great grab and go breakfast options too! We had a baby with us and so they also provided a crib. Comfortable bed and everything was clean!

Early morning shuttle was full, but the driver came early and got us to the airport. Wonderful extra bit of service, you don’t see that too often anymore.

Unwilling to offer credit for stay at next visit; appoin**ent canceled due to weather. Will choose another hotel for frequent trips to Spokane for work.

The propertt was very nice. The only concern I had was the van is a bit broke down. The staff was great and very accommodating.

Our heater in room 107 was malfunctioning and the room was extremely hot to try and sleep in no matter what temperature the thermostat was set to. The only alternative was to open the first floor window in the -5 degree weather to cool the room down. There was no extra help in the hotel to look at the heater, even the next day.

4 stars. I would like to see usb/plug options on top of nightstands. I had to pull out the nightstand to plug in my devices for charging.
Staff was pleasant, room was clean, location was incredible.

Staff would stop talking to me to answer the phone and complete the phone call before coming back to me. Shuttle service was outstanding and went above and beyond.
