The service was great but there are cochroaches and the shower was very nasty

Great little hotel with nice staff!!

We arrived to find someone in the room they gave us a key for. All access doors to the hotel hallways were unsecure from outside - anyone could walk in any time day or night. Room was horrible. The fan was hanging off the wall, rusty and the cover on the floor beside the toilet. Chipped toilet seat and bottom of shower was chipped, corroded & stained. Disgusting. Drapes didn't cover the window completely and several hooks broken so hanging uneven. Staff were verbally fighting in the hallway, oblivious to hotel guests. Several rooms left wide open to the hallway and not made up. Place should be closed

My room was not clean, my bedding still had bits of food in it from the previouse guest. The beds were terrible. The staff om the other hand are ll very polite and thoughtfull.

Wifi was very poor. TV remote control didn’t work. Poor TV channel selection. Lots of noise in the hallway at 2:00Am.

I would use this in a last resort situation Drug deal going on in parking lot, someone broke into another room through the window and used the room, lots of shady people. Staff was polite, rooms were clean.

First off, Adrian at the front desk is great. He is calm and helpful - especially when faced with room and keycard issues. We arrived early but told check in was 230pm. When we came back it took over an hour to check in, as issues with rooms & keys and only 1 staff at the desk. Rooms keys a big issue as many guests coming down as locked out room. I was upgraded from a Queen bed room to 2 Double beds as the first room given had someone in it. The upgraded room had a Microwave and mini fridge (very old) Room was basic and clean. Fan in bathroom very loud and toilet did not flush. Room did not have a do not distrub sign, no bathroom amentities like shampoo or hair dryer. TV channels limited and my tv remote had no batteries. Another trip to the front desk. I was given batteries but the remote did not work. Since checkin was so chaotic - I was not provided the wifi or any information about the hotel. Toilet did not flush - I tried to call the front desk by dialing 0 as there was not directions or paper to tell you how to call. No one answered. I went to the front desk to get a plunger - but he could not find it and was going to deliver to my room. This did not happen as he forgot to write my room number down. BUT - Bed was comfortable and no noise above or around my room. Price was the best in town - but still expensive for a Motel.

Neighbor across the hall was a little loud trying to get into her room (yelling for about 20 min tire) but quieted down before we went to bed thankfully. Toilet didn’t flush without lifting the lid to the tank but otherwise a good rest after a long day.
